AVOID !! Not official HM Land Registry

AVOID !!
Totally misleading. Pretending to be official HM Land Registry. Charged £60+ for documents that would have cost less than half that amount from .gov.uk site.
Lesson learned.
Avoid.

I was supported well, I needed assistance to get my TR1 urgently and this was done by the staff who expedited my application and I received it within the timescale thanks

I wanted to actually speak to someone…

I wanted to actually speak to someone and not do evrything on line, so originally I was kept waiting for my call to be answered for 25 minutes before I spoke to someone, then the lady who I did speak to Farah, was very efficient, clear and understandable as to what I needed to do, even though I do think £83.00 is very extortionate for having to change a name (as I have got married) to register on the title plan.
