Amazing service - thank you. I have been so impressed how well I have been looked after by Will at UK Loupes. I have an old pair of Surgitel flip ups that needed some spare parts and repairs. Will couldn't have been more helpful in terms of emails and what's apps, then sending out exactly what I needed and when I was struggling with them, being kind enough to fit all the necessary components for me. All this for such a small sale! There are a lot of dental loupes on the market but I have found Surgitels to be such good quality but more importantly I would have not hesitation recommending UK Loupes. Ukloupes are such a lovely company with lovely affordable loupes, I was fortunate enough to win a giveaway for some loupes and so glad I did, they’re super comfortable to wear all day and the battery lasts on them. I think they’re good quality loupes for a very good price. They’re always on hand to answer any questions and always very helpful, will definitely purchase another pair and recommend.

I’ve had my SurgiTel loupes for years, and naturally, they sometimes need repairs. UKLoupes have always responded to my messages extremely quickly, and their service is superb. I can definitely recommend them and will continue using their services whenever needed.

Great company . Always very responsive with support and enquiries . I live about 25 minutes from the company and I lost my charger recently - because I needed a replacement urgently they made arrangements for me to pick up items from an agreed place outside of their usual working hours . I appreciate their willingness to accommodate . Very happy with my loupes too !

Great loupes which have lasted me for years and are very good value for money. Customer service is always excellent too, well after I had bought my loupes.

I was apprehensive about UKLoupes as their prices are so much cheaper than other major competitors, but I am so happy with my Loupes. They were incredibly easy to get used to, needed no adjustments, and make my work so much easier - I’m actually unsure how I managed to see before. When my light shield broke they sent out a free replacement the very next day.

I am very pleased with the quality of Surgitel refractive loupes and light . I cant think of doing any endodontic work without it. Its high magnification is almost close to microscope.
Most importantly, post sales service is excellent.
