I have recently completed my Level 3…
I have just completed my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I found some of the course confusing. There were times I wanted to give up, but I was encouraged to carry on and things were explained to me better. I had no IT skills when i started but as the corse when on it became easier to follow.
I would have given 5 stars because they were very patient with me. I didn’t realise until I was two assignments in that I was supposed to use the page provided instead of Word. They had to remind me more than once in my feedback, but they were always patient and explained things to me, but the communication at the end let it down. After passing my last assignment, I expected confirmation that I had completed the course and an explanation of what happened next. Instead, I had to ask myself. I was also given confusing information about whether I needed to claim my certificate or if it would be sent automatically.
I was hoping to do my Level 4 with the same company, but the ending has put me off a little.

The service has been exceptional though at first I was cautious about online courses. I must admit they are excellent as I am someone who is difficult to impress as I am more of a laggard.
