Great team and student support
My online tutor will respond even on weekends and when I was stocked at first, I was guided properly on how to finish my course. Admission team also doing a great job in responding to any need.

I would also like to provide some feedback regarding my course experience. Overall, I found Zunaira Anwar the tutor to be excellent. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and provided valuable guidance throughout the course.
However, I feel that having direct contact with the tutor at the beginning of the course would have been beneficial. I had to resubmit my assignment several times due to issues with the structure and format of my work. Earlier guidance on how the assignment should be structured would have helped me avoid these resubmissions and made the process smoother.

The online portal is very user- friendly and allowed me to study flexibly around my shifts as an Senior care assistant. My experience with UK Professional Development Academy throughout my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care has been excellent. I am very grateful for the support, encouragement and guidance I received throughout my studies.
The tutors were very supportive and patient, especially during my assignments. Whenever I made mistakes or needed further clarification, my tutor took the time to explain things clearly and helped me understand where I had gone wrong. I particularly appreciated the way my tutor corrected my mistakes with kindness and understanding rather than making me feel discouraged.
My tutor also listened carefully to my explanations and gave me the opportunity to express my understanding and ask questions whenever I needed help. This made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my learning journey.
The support I received made a big difference to me and helped me stay motivated until I successfully completed my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I felt that the tutors genuinely wanted me to learn, improve and succeed.
