If I could leave a 0 star I definitely would. I called this company as I've just bought a property in Aldershot and for some reason, it has good reviews. Denny came to check what work I wanted done. I wasn't told that just to come and see what needed to be done I would have to pay £120, which should have been made clear from the start. There was not even the offer to deduct the survey money if I were to choose this company for the job. Moreover, he wouldn't even commit to providing a proper quotation to let me know exactly how much it would have costed me. He offered to do the job on the cheap if I were to pay in cash instead of declaring the money, which it would have still costed me a fair amount of money, compared to other quotes and it would have put me in a very vulnerable position if something had gone wrong. I wrote a negative review on their website and it wasn't published because the company checks all reviews. Hence the reason for all the good reviews on the company's website. The bad ones are not published and customers are therefore deceived by the good ones. Very dodgy, not trustworthy and very expensive.

Excellent service from the team. We've lived with a water pressure and flow problem in our property for over 5 years and Rob suggested we go with the Accuboost 180L with a pump to improve our flow and boost our pressure. Unlike other plumbers, they were able to fit me in within a few weeks after paying my initial deposit. Others quoted November or December timeframe. Rob and his apprentice came over this morning and installed the cylinder and I am so pleased. They also did a good job of cleaning up after the installation - quite possibly the cleanest contractors we've had. Thank you Rob!

James and his team have been great.
They repaired a leak, and installed an unvented cylinder in my loft, this new system greatly improved the water pressure in my bathroom.
I had a small glitch after the new system was implemented and they came out on a weekend which was a surprise
I cannot praise them enough and I can safely say I have finally found a very good company

U.K. plumbing team solve a 10 year water pressure problem in my house fundamentally. Now we can run three showers in my busy household with no pressure drop and we don’t run out of hot water either. UK Plumbing Contractors came as a recommendation to me and I would happily recommend them.
My house was my first refurbishment project, involving a loft conversion with a new en-suite, a new heating system throughout the original part of the house, 6 x 6m extension to the rear of the property with underfloor heating and a new bathroom downstairs.
James and his team were clear and concise when explaining things to me, always on time and got the job done to a high standard within the given time frame and at a reasonable price.
I have recommended UK Plumbing to my mum who is now having them fit two bathrooms and a further two in the pipeline from a friend.

Fantastic experience with UK Plumbing. James managed to get his team out to our place over the storm to change from a conventional to Combi boiler. The guys did great work especially in the conditions. Absolute saviours getting our heating back on! The team were always available for contact, thorough and very tidy throughout. We would recommend to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

Saviours, having already had UK plumbing quite for work we had the unfortunate experience of the boiler blowing up last Friday. I called them and they arranged to reschedule their workload to have someone around at 8am the next morning and by 2pm we had a new boiler in place and a heating system that is working amazingly. Heading into what is meant to be the “Beast for the East”, with temperatures in the minus all week it was amazing the service they offered.

Switched from a conventional boiler to a combi one in readiness for a loft conversion. The team did fantastically well in the time scale provided. Always polite, on time and keep the place tidy and free from rubbish. I would recommend in the future.

Had a new combi boiler with Nest fitted this week. Did a fantastic job, not only on the day but also by providing a solution that has bought me more space in my home.

They turned up on the dot of the time agreed, despite the snowy and icy conditions and completed the work as quickly as they could to ensure there was as little disruption to me as possible. My house was left sparkling after the installation and my neighbour even commented on how polite they had been.

The whole process from quote to installation was a breeze and everyone from UK Plumbing contractors was polite, friendly and eager to help!
