My experience with UK Property Finance has been a complete hassle free experience from beginning to end. The company's representative, Lisa Gamlin, was the most helpful and patient, in explaining each step of the way through the process of my business.
Lisa was also professional and had excellent product knowledge with a friendly and personable manner. I would recommend her to anybody.

At the start this was going to be straight forward bridging loan on a property I already own and needed to refurbish, however the paperwork turned into a nightmare due to trusts etc on the property with the land registery.
Kelly Garvie was our contact person and I can honestly say she was brilliant, she pushed and pushed all the legal people and the land registery to get things sorted.
I could write a 10,000 word essay about the problems which I must stress were nothing to do with UK property finance, but I must say that the service I have received is of the highest standard.
Whenever I had cause to call ( and there were many) the phone was answered immediatly and Kelly either spoke to me there and then or rang ,emailed in a very short time which I feel is a great help when you feel things are going wrong .
In summary I would recommend anybody looking for finance to use UK Property Finance as they are true experts and very professional.

The lender Sian managed to steer us through the process can’t pretend it was not fraught and painful but this was all from the lender not Sian who was very helpful

I was able to secure a really good mortgage through UKPF and they have been really good Kelly and Jade helped me make sure everything ran smoothly and kept me on track a little - in terms of value for money I feel the fee was way to high for the work involved

My experience of working with UK PF has been very positive thus far. Lisa, the UK PF consultant was very helpful and supportive, particularly given this is my first ‘foray’ into the property development field. Lisa’s approach is very engaging and sympathetic in understanding what we are seeking to achieve - regardless of scale, and she has provided a solution reflecting my needs and circumstance, and ameliorating any confusion and/or concerns. This solution clearly reflects your ability to listen, as well as your knowledge and competence. Also, if my experience with you is a reflection of UK Property Finance’s general ethos and standard of communication and engagement with clients, then you’ll only go from strength to strength, however, if it is not, then Lisa seems to have set a standard (at least in my case) for all UK Property Finance staff to aim for.

UK property finance guided me through the mortgage process all the way to completion ,I had difficulty securing a lender previous to dealing with UK property finance but the team from Lisa gamlin to Sian Taylor secured a lender and oversaw the whole process.sian was exceptional in terms of communication and had up to date progress reports for me consistently ..she was never hard to get hold of and was great at middlemanning the information and always responded to any queries in a super fast fashion I just want to say thanks again to all involved especially Sian Taylor who deserves a promotion ..her efforts never wained thanks again guys x

Used UKPF to refinance a property owned by our limited company as a holiday let. No other broker could find a lender . Between Lisa and Sian they came up trumps.
Very professional, keeping us informed all the way and chasing the lender and solicitors constantly.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use them next time .

I Can’t fault the friendliness and helpful staff of uk finance for their efforts getting my loan with precise mortgages.
The only fault was it was meant to complete in 28 days and this was made very clear from the start , So very frustrating when information is given and 2 weeks later the same information is required it’s as if the lender was just delaying the process as they are in control, but got there in the end .
Uk finance were absolutely great from the start to finish so 5 stars too them
As would be unfair to give any less for the muppet show the lenders were portraying.

I spoke with Lisa Gamlin last week when I was in urgent need of options regarding a property sale that had fallen through. Lisa was nothing less than excellent in guiding me through what was possible for me, exactly what that entailed and where I could go from there. She was clear and transparent throughout. Tim Aston is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He couldn't have been more helpful for us getting our first mortgage. He is quick at getting back to us no matter what day is was and very professional.

Really excellent service. I was in need of a bridging loan when I was selling two properties to purchase my next home. While one property very rapidly went under offer the second took some time to sell. It was really nerve-wracking, and I was worried about losing out on the property I wanted. I was also quite apprehensive about approaching a bridging loan broker. Tim Aston made everything very straightforward and gave me good advice that saved me money. Most importantly, in very quickly confirming that I could get the requisite loan - and explaining how it would work - he made my fears about losing my planned purchase disappear. It felt like a great weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I am very grateful for a straightforward service with all the costs clearly broken down so I could see what my outlay would be. Excellent.

A huge thank you to Lisa Gamlin, Demi Handley and Jade Hands at UK Property Finance for seeing me through my bridging loan and remortgage, both of which had some huge mountains to overcome; but they stuck with me and hauled me over the other side. Their patience and perseverance saw no limits. What a team!

I would not hesitate to recommend UK Property Finance, even though we fell foul of their terms of business. Everyone is so approachable and helpful in this company. Solutions to your own unique financial needs are swiftly found and every effort is made to meet your needs. We were likely to run out of time on our old loan they arranged and they were able to offer another loan arrangement as a back up if needed. Unfortunately, I now find out that, as the new lender made us an offer before we actually signed and accepted for it, and then subsequently didn't need it, we ended up paying full fees and the new lenders contribution as well. I was unwittingly led to believe that until we sent the signed papers back it was only going to cost the very reasonable £300 paid to start the process. I even kept asking when the point of no return was when fees would become due, as our process did not seem to follow the advertised chart. Apparently it's in the terms and conditions, but they are not in front of you when you start the process by phone.
