I cannot fault UK Property Finance for their communication and perseverance in getting my small bridging loan approved and finalised. Kelly & Jessica in particular were very professional and supportive. Having not taken a bridge loan before I cannot comment on the fee etc, however, I would guess that there are fairly standard - It did cost more than I anticipated but overall they were probably the best I found during my initial search. Overall a positive experience

I knew from experience with a couple of other brokers that the remortgage of our property would be difficult because of our particular circumstances.
Little did I know just how difficult!
Fortunately one Sunday afternoon I picked up the phone to UK Property Finance and thanks to Will, Kelly and Jade, found a broker ready to go the extra mile to secure us the finances we required. I am sure it would have been easier to think "this is getting too difficult" and move on, but not Will, who, determined as a terrier, helped us to bounce back after several disappointments until he got us the deal we needed. Kelly and Jade then took over and managed the whole process of dealing with our new lender's requirements in a faultless manner and kept us updated regularly, working as tireless intermediaries between ourselves, our new lender and our solicitors.

I would highly recommend UK Property finance, Lisa is on top of the particular deal that suits your needs. My loan took longer than expected ,and wasn`t helped by the postal strike, but got there in the end thanks to the hard work of the processing staff.

Sian and Lisa both provided very professional and diligent service from start to completion. Always responded quickly, usually within hours of email and more often than not available immediately when phoning. Clear understanding of the requirements of taking out finance through UKProperty finance. Would have given 5 stars but for the annoying multiple requests for additional information requested bit by bit from legal side of underwriters but this is outside UKProperty Finance control. Would be helpful if underwriters laid out all the necessary info required so it could all be provided quickly and one time only.

Very professional service and excellent follow up all the way to completion. Done two deals for me looking forward to the third. Thank you Sian Taylor.

UK Finance through Initially Lisa Gamlin and after that particularly Sian Taylor was fantastic in ensuring the loan eventually got through as the lender's solicitors made it difficult to authorise the funds quickly due to the need for my wife to have her surname updated and then apparently unnecessary continued demands by them. Sian was always in touch and her interventions helped the loan to come through.

I was a little daunted by the range of options when considering Equity release as well as a remortgage option to fund the purchase of a new flat.)
Firstly 3 other finance advisers (from other companies) told me it was not possible to use equity release to fund another property.
Lisa was confident- and knowledgeable.
She worked hard to answer difficult questions,she returned calls when she said she would- and she had a
charming approach when asking questions.
I think she has the qualities to be running training courses for new -and existing staff-on Customer care/. telephone manner/.
