Placed a order with UKVapeStore for a 150ml Bottle of Wick Liqour which at the time was on sale at a absolutely unbeatable price,ordering was a piece of cake and the website was actually one of the best i have ever used to order Vape Products,i recieved confirmation of my order instantly and was informed i would again recieve shipping confirmation once sent,unfortunately i didn't recieve the shipping confirmation but sent a private message asking for confirmation that my order had indeed been shipped and recieved a reply almost immediately with the confirmation and expected date of arrival,the order actually turned up the very next day so again very very positive.
Unfortunately once the order arrived it had suffered some leakage along the way and the contents of the delivery were covered in juice and of course because of this the bottle was not at the expected 150ml it should of been,now of course this has no reflection of UKVapeStore and could of,probably did occur once in the hands of Royal Mail on route to me or even due to the fact that the Wick Liqour bottles are not the best and i have heard of similar leak problems with these particular bottles.I decided to contact UKVapeStore just to mention this issue and to mention it may be well worth trying to investigate the leaking issue for the future and just in case anyone else has this particular problem,i was messaged back instantly and with extreme professionalism and genuine concern,the issue was discussed and hopefully resolved for anyone purchasing this particular line in the future.
So to finalise, great website with extremely competitive prices,genuine concern to my issue and dealt with in a professional and extremely courteous way,fast shipping and above all fantastic customer care, i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending UKVapeStore and will most definitely use them again for future purchases, after all with so much competition in the vaping market to actually find a site that ticks all the boxes is rare, and in this one i think we could of found a hidden gem.

Good experience, the bottles completely soaked the packaging on arrival and I heard it happened to quite a few other people which I put down to bad manufacturing but after speaking to Wick Liquor directly they advised me it was down to insufficient packaging.

The guys over email were very helpful though and the prices were very competitive!
