3 days waiting then stated a refund coming back to my family members account

My family member has tried to order from this site and after 3 days of us waiting and paying extra money for next day delivery it then stated that a refund would be sent to their account in 10 working days, terrible service

Hi Jack, you may have the wrong company unfortunately, we don't offer next day delivery or any option to pay extra for faster shipping, we only offer 1 shipping service (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and most of the orders we process, it is free of charge due to the order value. That said we do want to help our customers as much as we can so please have the customer contact us directly, we cant help a customer through a review website and a third party unfortunately. Generally a refund is only put through if we have tried to contact the customer and had no response, this is always done the day of the order and we advise that the refund will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive back with the customer on their payment card.

Everything has been resolved, updated review...

This is my second order from the company,1st was great and 2nd not so great, as I order 3 packs of KOP Xlim Plus cartridges 4ml and I received 3 packs of Oxva Xlim cartridges 2ml, extremely disappointed,tried to contact them today but they don't work weekends,which is frustrating,as I needed them asap.
Ashley was on the voicemail recording.
Left my details and waiting patiently for a reply to get this resolved asap

Updated review.

Customer service was amazing and dealt with my issue asap and the correct pods were sent out with a returns label and padded envelope,thank you Shawn.

Of course this will be resolved for you today. We are closed weekends because our couriers do not operate collection routes here at the weekend.
