Ulta Lab Tests have played a huge roll in my health care budget this year. Many of the tests I've needed would've been 2-3 times as much if I would've had them done via my insurance; meaning using Ulta Lab Tests meant my cost was even lower than my co-pay and/or deductible amount (if I hadn't reached it yet). The website is easy to navigate if you know the name of the tests needed. Checkout and payment is super easy and I don't even need to bring the paperwork to the lab I designated in the checkout process as it's already in their system when I arrive for my appointment. Customer Service via the Chat client is superb as well. I couldn't ask for anything more. I'm very grateful to Ulta Lab Tests for making this year much easier for me in this time of financial strain. Thank you ULT!

Easy to find the test I was looking for, suggested options are great, enough lab options, draw charge is already listed based on center, quicker result than expected, lots of $$$ saved.

draw center was fast and efficient . I got my results back within 48hrs and they were easy to read and understand. For self pay it sure beats going through/paying for a Dr visit and their lab fees as well as paying for some one else to read the tests. Excellent value for your money

This is a great service! Very easy to use online and on site. There was a lab within 20 minutes of my home and check in was convenient and user friendly. The testing itself was done professionally and quickly! Super happy.

I was able to use my FSA card to purchase a lab test combo (testosterone and PSA) that was less expensive than the competitor's price for just one of the 2 tests. I scheduled the lab test online, went to the local Quest Labs, and then I received my results by email from Ulta a few hours later. The only complaint I have is the mobile website isn't the simplest to navigate. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and I would recommend Ulta to others.

I was really satisfied with my purchase from ultalabtests. The price was great and ease of searching for the test I wanted was super easy. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Easy to order; just as easy to go into Quest lab services and get it done. No questions asked other than verifying my ID. Better pricing than another lab service I considered. I had results in 24hrs or less.

A friend recently told me about Ulta Lab Tests. I couldn't believe how affordable it was. The bonus was, the lab was right in the neighborhood. And, the final nail in the coffin was, the turn around time was super quick. Blood drawn at 2 PM on Friday, and the results were posted 12 hours later, yes in the middle of night on Saturday. I bet doctors' offices hate losing a lot of business. Well, that's just too bad. They charge you an arm and a leg to do the same tests. Thank you, Ulta!c

Order is easy 1-2-3. I don't know why there some negative reviews here when the service is great. I paid for my order, login ultalab print out psc form, book questdiagnostics, go the lab have blood draw done. 3 days later result came to my email you can check with ultalab or quest diagnostics website.

Recently my husband bought a bunch of lab tests through Ulta Lab Tests website and set up an appointment at Quest Diagnostics, also through Ulta Lab Tests' website.
He received a confirmation email with confirmation code, as well as time and place of appointment
But when we arrived to the appointment, the lab was closed.
I called Quest Diagnostics and was told that the lab was going to open an hour after our scheduled time. When I asked why they allowed to make an appointment for earlier time than their lab was going to open, they didn't have an answer.
We had to wait for the lab to open. An hour of our time was wasted. My husband had to take additional hours off his job.
When I returned home, I wrote a message to Ulta Lab Tests and told them that the appointment reserved though their website was not honored by Quest Diagnostics. I also asked if they could please communicate with someone in Quest Diagnostics and check with them why this has happened so it doesn't happen again.
And...MY MESSAGE WAS SIMPLY NEVER RESPONDED TO.
A few days later, I submitted the same message, and then again next day. All 3 messages were ignored.
What's interesting is that prior to this I asked them several questions related to payments for their services. They responded within hours, not even days, each time. I even started to think that Ulta Lab Tests is a really serious, respectable business.
However, as soon as something went a bit less that ideal, Ulta Lab Tests revealed itself.
From my experience with them I made a conclusion that they seem to REALLY care about your questions when these questions are about them getting money from you. However, if these questions are about caring for their customers, their total boycott of my messages said it all: ONCE YOU PAID, THEY DON'T CARE ANYMORE AND YOU DON'T EXIST FOR THEM.
It's incredible that they didn't even have elementary civility to simply reply and say that they are sorry this has happened. Even if scheduling system is something they have no power to correct, they definitely have power to simply reply and say something empathetic to a customer who was put in unfortunate circumstances while using their service.

I had a similar experience as previous reviews. I got a needle stuck in my arm and blood taken from my body only to be told several days later that the test could not be performed because the specimen was bad. I called the company and they will not offer any kind of reimbursement or refund. They also said there's no way to contact anyone at the lab. I really needed those results.

I purchased a set of lab tests from Ulta Lab Tests. In the confirmation email I received it noted in bold font to bring a "PSC Requisition form" to the test lab. Unfortunately, Ulta Lab Tests did not provide me with a "PSC Requisition form" and there is no where to download or access such a form on the Ulta Lab Tests website or in my online account. That means I paid for a service I am unable to use. I can only assume Ulta Lab Tests is a scam since only a totally incompetent person could have designed such a poor process. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will also be filing a complaint with the Arizona and Pennsylvania Attorneys General offices (which is where Ulta Lab Tests and its sister company PWNHealth LLC are based).

I ordered some tests from Ulta Lab Tests and ended up not needing them. I then proceeded to ask for a refund, the kind agent ignored my request and gave me credit to use on their website.

When I replied letting them know I would not need to use their service any time in the future and that I would prefer a refund they proceeded to just ignore me. A company that deals with customers like this is best to be avoided.

They are awesome! If you're thinking about trying them out. Think no more they are exactly what your looking for. Just purchased a few things and got a discount. Everything was awesome!
