DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Jennairre downdraft gas cooktop/oven. Front, right burner not lighting on its own, so contacted this company for assessment/repair. Technician came, assessed the burner and said it needed to be replaced along with the rear burner on the same side as 'both should be replaced rather than just one'. Appointment scheduled for replacement once the back ordered item was received 1.5 weeks later. The replacement appointment was scheduled on a day from 2-5pm. Technician showed up at 630pm, and at 830pm, I finally said it was time to wrap up. He fumbled with that cooktop for two hours completely dissembling the entire thing, sighing and shaking his head. It was evident he had no idea what he was doing. He finally replaced the front burner but said he had the wrong part for the back one. I said to refund the part as it did not need to be replaced to begin with. He did not reset the clock to the right time which I found odd.
The next day, I was unable to change the clock time bc the top half of the numbers on the touchscreen did not work. They were working just fine before he came and took the front, top, back, bottom and oven door off of this unit. I called asking for a manager, was told one was not available, and after threatening to post this review, was told one would call me. 'Ram' called me and said he would send a 'senior technician' to assess the situation. One came two days later and told me the rear burner needed to be replaced and that the touchscreen was not working. I said I was aware and that was the reason he was there. He said a manager would be in touch, and left. He was in the house maybe 10 mins.
Ram called back telling me that primary focus was the burner and I said no, the broken touchscreen was the primary focus. He said that part would cost $2,000 and they were not going to pay for that. This home has been sold and we close 8/26 and his technician somehow damaged the touchscreen leaving me with a range that initially passed inspection but of course would not now. They did refund the labor charge for the original 'repair' but that was it. Left me with this five days before I close the sale of my home.

He fixed the refrigerator but damaged my hardwood floors. You don’t drag a very heavy refrigerator with 1 pieces of cardboard under each caster and not expect to damage the floor. I sent them pictures of the floor damage and stopped credit card payment but they continue to send me a bill. Repairing my floor will be much more expensive then paying the bill

We were hopeful this matter could be resolved privately after UltraFix acknowledged that their technician failed to verify the drain line connection before leaving our home and accepted responsibility for the resulting water damage.
They apologized, explained they were a small company, and offered $1,600 toward nearly $6,000 in repair costs. We responded with additional invoices and photographs showing the actual damages.
Unfortunately, after providing the additional evidence, communication stopped. We have not received any response despite our efforts to continue working toward a fair resolution.
Our goal has never been to involve attorneys or create unnecessary conflict. We simply want to be reimbursed for the actual damages caused by an incident that the company has already acknowledged was their responsibility.
Beware, if you are not ready to pay for damages caused by this company.

I called UltraFix and they sent Khalid S over on the same day to fix our washing machine. He was so nice, reliable and skilled. He had all the parts he needed there. Our washing machine works great now.

I am in the middle of trying to get a washing machine repaired. All started well with Dmytro coming to diagnose the problem. He said parts had to be ordered ( this was Friday) and should be in by Monday or Tuesday. I paid my deposit then called on Monday to see what the status was. The woman said they would be ordered. I called again on Tuesday and was told by another woman that He would “go” and get them. I called on Wensday for an update and was told I would get a text when they were in. Different stories by different people but in a large metroplex with many supply houses for parts it’s hard to understand this delay and I’m getting no explanation. Very poor customer communication and I Will Not use them again for this reason.

Paul, your technician came on time. Checked out our refrigerator, very thorough, and could not find any issues that might have caused the odor we were smelling. He explained everything to us and we feel comfortable with his explanation. I give him a 5 star review. We were very pleased. Thank you

I had my oven door fixed in Nov 2025 and when the guy came he watch a u tube video on how to fix while at my house. $300 and it was very stiff and now the oven door won’t open and they want $89 to come look at it!!! Huge rip off

On time or early for every appointment. Clean work. Very experienced with all makes and models. Full transparency on parts and labor. Does not up sell just fixes what needs fixed

Rashad was very professional, he knew exactly what was wrong with our dryer. He dismantled our dryer, put it all back together and made it work perfect. We will call him back on any appliance work we have done.

Our Maytag Refrigerator was making small ice cubes and the water dispenser was coming out in a trickle. Our Tech (Rashad) was on time, friendly and was very good. He located the issue right away and ordered the part while here. He was also prompt in returning to make the repair. There was good communication and the job was done fast! Very happy with his service.

Emil from UltraFix Appliance Repair was very prompt, courteous and knows what he’s doing. When I called, he was able to come out the same day to check out our washer to see why it was not entering the spin cycle. It turned out to be the motherboard. He ordered it and I was texted a few days later to set up an install time. I’ll call for Emil if I need anything else fixed. Thank you Emil, we are very pleased!

Nadir was my technician today and he was so polite! He took his shoes off at my front door (snow and snow melt everywhere) so this really stood out. Our dryer broke and needed a new belt and he even help me figure out which plug on my breaker box was for the dryer (old condo). He was very nice, worked fast, and helped tremendously.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to get an appointment very quickly and dryer was fixed in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!
