Somehow my Google search was redirected to this scam site. The item I naively ordered (drone) was misrepresented and at least 5x overpriced. I will say that it was shipped quickly -- probably so they could avoid me cancelling and filing a dispute.
I can't speak for their entire product lineup, but if the rest of their stuff is like this drone, STAY AWAY!
Update: I thought it was a Iongshot, but I called the C.S. number. I did get to talk to a rep., and was given a satisfactory resolution. So, I take back some of my harsh criticism.

They have a great gimmick going

They have a great gimmick going. They ship you the wrong item then when you complain they offer you 1/2 your money back and you keep the junk they sent you. If you don't complain they keep it all. This company should be shutdown and fined, then forced to pay back all the customers they screwed.

The rating is for the customer service and NOT for the merchandise unfortunately. Was very dissatisfied with the item I purchased (drone) and sought a refund. Website was a dead end and calling was a dead end too since it was a weekend… Third try via email was a charm and I got a response within 24-36 hours! Excellent customer service from rep Lina Miclat! Refund was issued & received without a headache!

Unbindgear / Lux Blaze Prove that you are not a scam company

Also know as Lux Blaze, I ordered torch that was supposed to be An electric plasma torch, what I recieved was a butane torch, I bought one from a company on Pinterest, and they are identical exactly the same down to every detail except that company didn't lie about the product, I've tried to contact them about the problem, but they never gety back to you. i've sent emails and called two different phone numbers. I began to think I just threw $50 bucks out the window, then I searched for reviews and and found out that I wasn't the only one that got stiffed by them . I would like to know if they even really have a torch like the one they show on the commercial, and If so prove itr to me and everyone else that got taken by that ad, by sending me what I paid for, the electric plasma torch. I have screenshots of the whole transaction and also paid thru PayPal so they have record also. So lets see if you really stand by your customers, If you do the right thing and send me what I paid for. I will give you my word, that I will come back here and give you a 5 star rating for being a stand up company and not a scamming one, and that is a promise..

Drones suck and can’t get ahold of anyone

The drones aren’t nearly what they reviews on the website show to be. I would like to submit a return, but you can’t get ahold of anyone. The phone number on their website says 24 hour support and you can’t even get ahold of the company.

Unbindgear called me on the MLK holiday to resolve a dispute I had with them. They handled the problem expeditiously, efficiently, and with grace. They were very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend them to other potential buyers.

Butane lighters, not plasma arc

I ordered 3 of the Lux Blaze plasma lighters at about $40 a pc. A lightsaber lux blaze at 40 and a mystery bx for 10. I received 3 butane lighters that looked similar to the lux blaze lighters but not. They were just basic cheap lighters. And I never received the other 2 items. Emails were a back n fourth waste of time. I ended up calling and getting a full refund eventually. They offered to give me everything for half price. Even at half price it was a rip off. And who knows if i would've gotten my other 2 items. What a waste of time but did get my money back. I feel bad for all the people they're scamming. This is a bait and switch that is illegal. How are they still in business?

I ordered 2 drones from this company based on a link from this company. unbindgear.com
I was unable to submitt the actual link to show the consumer what they think they are getting.
First off the drones looked nothing like what was pictured in the link and do not have the features they claim. We will see if they even stand behind the return policy.

After 3 calls, they are sending a new drone.

I ordered a drone and never received it. Yesterday (Christmas) I gave the little controller box (I didn't know that it was it). I called today, and they said I was past the return date policy. There is no policy printed on my invoice.
NEW FOLLOW-UP: After three calls, they've decided to send a new drone.

DON'T BUY IT!!

I ordered the 4k drone for my boyfriend. TOTAL SCAM. It is Chinese crap. There isn't even a brand name on the drone. I ordered an extra battery that was not included, but a "mystery gift" that I did not opt for was, and surprise, I was charged for it. Then app you have to use charges you 30 bux and I'm assuming is a scam too. Thank the gods my bank called it out as fraud. Called 1 800 number listed for customer care, no answer, generic voicemail. I want my money back. No info for returns. Thanks for literally killing the gift giving joy a holes. Uh, I'm embarrassed I fell for your crap. Pricks.

Didn’t ship the items listed on the website

I ordered a drone and they shipped me a different one that I found on Amazon for 35$. This website is a scam. I also ordered the mystery box and never received it. I reached out to customer service they responded fast the first day but never heard back from them again. Don’t buy anything from them they will rip you off!!

The Night Spark products very disappointing
