Great engineers, fast response and did an amazing job

This company is horrible!! The guy who did the job was nice, but had left damage onto the property accidentally which would be quite costly for us to fix. We phoned the company and got a call back from this old guy who was going off a tangent (very rudely- making it seem as if we was lying) about how they can’t do anything about the damage without a before and after, which we completely understood but he then started making sarcastic remarks like “that’s like me saying I had 3 bags of blah blah when I had 2” which was insanely rude, incompetent and not needed.. while I was trying to speak he kept speaking over me which caused a heated argument, where he was being even more rude and absolutely vile to me after I called him out on his behaviour, he then started guilt ripping me saying he’s crying and etc.. which was high unprofessional and weird.. i spoke up about how he’s being disrespectful rude and vile, in which he responded in such a manner I was left astonished. I work in hospitality no company should leave their customers feeling not only frustrated but stressed about the service given. Quite frankly, no words can describe the lack of professionalism and integrity this company has shown me, and we will not use their services again even if our life depended on it.

Fast response, but questionable pricing.'Plumber' Said the outside drain was full of water and would need rodding in 2 directions at a cost of £250+VAT and maybe more if they had to look under the sink. There was a little water in the drain (as normal) So I did a 30second check on whether water was flowing to and through the drain with a hosepipe, it was. There was no need for rodding at all. It turned out it was just a resilient fat block in the u bend. If we were elderly or disabled we would have probably have ended up paying £300-400 for something that actually just needed a bit more effort with a plunger. AVOID

Adam helped clear my blocked drains and based on pictures alone he was able to tell exactly what the issue was (although he did mention that he’d need to confirm in person for certainty). I was very pleased with how thorough he was and incredibly helpful generally. I would definitely recommend and ask him to help again if ever needed. Thank you.

I would give Craig 5 stars for the job he done people on switch board very nicebut people higher up in company don't give a sh__! as a company I wouldn't entertain them i will not give up trying to get my money back i am only small company but have a lot of time on my hands !!!!

still waiting for a refund from april 2024 bill got paid twice by mistake been sending them emails showing both bank statements as they keep asking for but nothing ever gets done would not recommend them at all

Craig did good job on back flowing toilet but didn’t last long.work done I September .been out a number of times .Doesn’t keep to timetable not contacting when he says he will.Not a good reflection on company .I have a 10 yr guarantee on work believe it or not .Paid a lot of money but problem not solved.If someone from this cares to put this right pls contact .Didn’t turn up or contact again today .

We were charged £450 and our unblocked drain wasn't unblocked and quoted £3500 to carry out the work.
I would use other companies.
