They are an agency that passes onto local fly by nights. I went with them after explicit promises of pictures taken at ever stage, proving a blockage, so that I could take it up with the sellers of my house for not declaring it. Craig promised all pictures and told me it must have been like it for months as it was so badly backed up. Due to his guarantee of the pictures and evidence, I paid him £2400. He has since promised to send them but couldnt as they were on his old phone, but he would get them off it. Then they were apparently on the cloud and he would send them that night. Each time it hasn't happened and now he is totally ghosting me. It leaves me with no case against the previous owners. The ONLY reason I agreed to pay so much was because of his promises to supply them. We had only been in the house less than a moth, so had such a good case against the old owners. But now, it is all gone. NOT his fault that the old owners did this to me, but I would not have paid £2400 if he hadn't spromised so much. Him and his buddy were less than an hour, digging a hole, cutting the drain, repairing and refilling, or that is the info they gave me. I was at work, no pics to prove there was even a blockage to start with. I would not recommend taking any of this companies offerings, they REFUSE to supply a receipt, refuse to supply an address of where they operate from and ignore you completel;y once they have their money. I have taken it up with my card issuer.

Had a problem with water leaking into utility room. Craig came out promptly and arranged for the work to be carried out the following day. Workmen were very helpful and professional and fid a good job. Would recommend.

I called unblock drains today in June to find an engineer to fix drains leakage. Craig the engineer contacted me, he came on 25th June and did use the camera checked drain. He total charged me £1680 for the job which himself and one helper worked just more than two hours (included purchasing pipe and lunch), but he promised 10 years guarantee. Following day we found out the drain still leaking. I contacted him many times and he promised to come back to fix it, but he didn’t. I spoke to his manager and been told that I have to pay him £300 plus vat before he comes back to fix the job. It’s unfair for me. On unblock drains today’s website promised no call out charge but he charged £300, on the website promised job guarantees, but he didn’t do it.past two months, it’s been nightmare.

Phoned at about half ten this morning, spoke to a gentleman, told him situation, he advised me what the process would be, no call out charge.
Engineer turned up about an hour later, had look, started job all done , drain cleared, very impressed with service, would recommend them.

While the men who came out were polite and did the job, unfortunately they broke my mum's hose fitting and left the outside tap running. When she rang their office to let them know, the man who took her call went off on a rant and wouldn't let her speak. An absolutely terrible way to treat a customer. I also think she was overcharged at £350 considering the work done. Use with caution!

Craig came today as I thought i had a collapsed drain he put the camera down the man hole and it turns out my drain is in tact there was still a problem so he opened another drain in my conservatory and found the blockage which he sorted out thanks again job sorted

I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible! My husband called them to arrange an emergency visit, they said they’d be out between 2 & 5pm. Come 5pm nobody had arrived & there was no answer when we called them.
It’s now 7.40pm the next morning, no visit & no call from them.
We’ve had to arrange an emergency plumber with a different company.
Why bother saying you’ll attend an appointment if you don’t bother turning up!

Fast and efficient service provided

Just charged my customer £222 for two pushes of the plunger which Unblocked the drain within seconds. £222! Really! absolute rob dogs! I’ve told them to go to trading standards and report them.
