ripped of my grandads 88 year old neighbours they charged £3300 to change 1m length of drainage pipe with 2 slip collars and re concrete the channel they dug out absolutley disgusting dont know how these people sleep at night

Came out straight away and unblocked our drain. Great investigation with camera to make sure all was well and guided to remove last remnant of the blockage. Good job done.
That was the good news but the bad news is that despite five phone calls I still have received the promised email report hence I unable to claim on my insurance. Big loss to me!

Ripped my 88 year old dad off ..5 hours work £1800+ vat..they altered a yorkshire water sewer pipe, which is illegal so just going through the options with a solicitor.. anyone have an address for the owner.? Absolute conmen.
Really need to find where I find these cowboys to explain the situation with them...Yorkshire water confirmed these cowboys shouldn't have touched the pipe, you can judge these by the 1 star ratings..do not use this outfit......

Phone enquiry was answered immediately and appointment offered for 1 hour later. Rob, the drains engineer, turned up promptly and was professional and friendly throughout in attending to my blocked external kitchen drain in Telford. Level of service was second to none.

The company gave me an hourly time in the afternoon when they would come and sort out a blocked drain, and then did not turn up. The engineer called next morning promising they would come in the morning, but still failed to turn up until very late in the afternoon.
Was very disappointed with the service, considering how expensive it is.

Quick and efficient and cleared my drains straightaway. Would definitely recommend.
