The communication was not great. Messages took a while to be answered . The links given for return or exchange did not work.

However kudos to them they did pull out all the stops at the end and the tee shirt arrived in time for my little grandson's trip .

I can't believe I found this Fat Face dress for less than half it's original price on this site. I'd wanted it when it was in the shop last year. There was only a 10 and I'm normally a 12 but I took a chance. 2 weeks before Christmas and it arrived in 3 days. Really impressed and love the dress.

The reason for 4 stars is that my parcel has unfortunately been lost in the post. While this is disappointing, I must commend the company on their speedy response when I raised the issue with them. They looked into the problem and issued a full refund extremely promptly.

The top is nice and good value for the price - 11.oo pounds so I left this. However I am suspcious as to whether it is White Stuff because of the material it is made off - I thought at the time it was cheap for a White Stuff new top. Also the label has been cut out for some reason. As I said I left it because the top is okay for the money but unsure as to why they cut the label out a brand new item.
