Great customer service and beautiful, quality rugs.
Quick, efficient shipping and prompt reimbursement, as well, after I returned the rug. The rug was beautiful, but it was simply too large for my living area. I am looking at a similar, smaller rug from your business.

Our 10x13 kilim rug arrived today and we absolutely love it. The digital images of the rug were very accurate. After searching for 2 months online, I highly recommend UniqRugs. The quality of the product, the excellent and prompt customer service, the value and the expedited shipping are above bar.

This was not my first purchase. I had a question about the rug I was looking at and I got a very quick response,
Ordering is as easy as it gets and I received my new rug in about a week-I live on left side of U.S. Rug was well protected and just perfect for my short hallway.

I purchased an absolutely amazing rug and pad. The rug was fantastic but the pad not up to my standards. They refunded the $ for the pad no questions asked. Rug arrived quickly and well packed. I’m buying 2 more rugs.
