I have been buying Persian rugs since the 60s, am decent at judging price and quality as long as the rug is not an exceptionally valuable antique. The rug we purchased was exactly as described and arrived with nearly the speed of light, perfectly packaged. Prior to deciding spoke twice with someone knowledgeable at Uniq! Could not have had a better experience or dealt with more honorable people. Incidentally, we love the Turkish rug, my first geometric, and not Persian.

My Gabbeh rug is beautiful, soft under foot, in excellent condition, and simply beautiful. It makes me happy when I enter the room. Uniq’s customer service was outstanding! They answered my questions honestly, helped me find the right rug size for an extendable dining table, and scheduled delivery to work around vacation timing. And they offered us a discount when they heard our house burned down in the California wildfires. It’s a quality company with good products, good service, and a good heart! Thank you, Uniq!

Accurate description on the website, fair price and timely delivery

I am an interior designer and had never purchased a rug on-line until now, and I would use UniqRugs again! I am a stickler about color and it is so hard to tell what it is IRL, so a ordered a couple. My clients kept one and returning the others was very easy. My phone calls and e-mails were responded to quickly and professionally. I highly recommend UniqRugs!

Uniq Rugs' thoughtfully-designed website makes the digital experience of purchasing their rugs as close to analog (i.e., in-person) as I could hope for and is definitely a more efficient way to shop. I ended up purchasing two small Persian Gabbeh Loribaft area rugs. While color, pattern and size made them objects of desire, once in hand, it was their heft and tight thread count that made their quality and workmanship immediately evident. With proper care these rugs will endure for at least a lifetime beyond what remains of mine. The purchasing process was easy and the shipping timely. Without hesitation, I'd purchase through Uniq Rugs again.
