Working with UniqRugs was a pleasure. The small Persian rug that I purchased is beautiful. Its elegance, quality and design illustrate world-class craftsmanship and artistry. An heirloom piece! Shipping was prompt and secure. I spoke briefly with a UniqRugs representative who answered the phone on a Sunday and addressed my concerns cordially. I recommend this business wholeheartedly.

Quality rugs, a quality dealer
The site is easy to use, the whole process is seamless, and delivery prompt. On line images show multiple angles and the rugs have always been quality pieces, as shown. Unlike so many other sites, the selection is huge and continually refreshed.

The width of the rug we recieved was…
The width of the rug we recieved was more than a foot smaller than advertised (11' 7" instead of 12' 8"). As a result, we have to return the rug, which we otherwise like. The only good thing is that Uniq is paying for the return.

Good customer service

we regret that you are not satisfied with your rug. The model you ordered is hand-knotted and, as indicated in the product description and images on our website, has a knot density of approximately 72,000 - 90,000 knots per square meter, which is relatively low. As a result, the level of detail in the pattern is not as precise as in rugs with a higher knot density.
Due to the nature of traditional craftsmanship, slight irregularities in the pattern may occur. These variations are inherent to handmade rugs and contribute to their unique character.
