A beautiful and precious addition
I made my purchase online, and was a little concerned buying vintage rug without seeing it in person. I contacted them for more information, advice and images of the rug. I was assured of its well preserved condition and cleaning and sanitization treatment done, besides the option or returning the rug if not satisfied. The online service was professional, the shipping and packaging, but most importantly, how beautiful the rug was and honest this business is. Extremely satisfied about the experience.

Great buying experience
The rug buying process went very smoothly with Uniq Rugs. The rug was well represented on the website as to what would arrive and was exactly what I was looking for. The company was very responsive and good at keeping me informed on the shipping progress. It arrived exactly when they said it would. The only little hiccup in the process was when my credit card flagged the charge as fraudulent but that was easily resolved and not the fault of Uniq Rugs. The rug looks gorgeous in my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Uniq Rugs again in the future.

Actually talked to a real person with no wait time about questions I had about the rug. The rug was not only shipped promptly but was delivered faster than Amazon packages. Amazing since it was shipped from Germany. Very impressive! The rug is beautiful and matches the photography and description on the website. I will definitely order again. Great company...kudos.

I love shopping and browsing through the beautiful selection at Uniqrugs!
I COULD NOT resist purchasing one in late December!! Wool will last for many many decades , so I am not worried about my dogs laying on it or people walking over it. I love the carpet! It is perfect..if I had more room , I would buy more!!! I absolutely love looking at them! The rugs are heirlooms so the investment to me is worth it.
The site was easy to order from.
UPS Shipped early, so I missed them to sign for it, and had to pick it up at a designated drop off site. No big deal,..but sort of disappointing as I was so excited and looking forward to the PRESENT I bought myself to be dropped off at my house...haha.

Good Experience
Good Experience. We love the rug.
I was happy that colors of the rug on the web site were close to the actual rug. This is not always the case.
I wish the web site could tell me more about the type of weaving and thickness of the rugs and yarn for the different styles of rugs.

Great rugs, great customer service
We were more than pleasantly surprised by the rugs and customer service of UniqRugs, ending up buying two from the company. We needed an extra long runner for our new apartment and found few companies offering what we needed. UniqRugs had a great selection (and good searching feature to narrow our options). And even though the rug came from overseas, it arrived promptly within a few days. We decided to order another rug from UniqRugs based on our experience but the second one just didn’t look right in our room. UniqRugs made it very easy to return and helped us exchange the rug for another in its collection, also beautiful. We couldn’t be more pleased.
