Wonderful experience
The laughter yoga courses are highly recommended. Lotte is an amazing facilitator who brings magic into the room. Not only did we laugh a lot, but we became seriously serious when necessary for our learning. Lotte seamlessly managed this balance. I learned a lot about laughter, laughter yoga, and myself during both the laughter yoga leader and teacher training.

Where to start?! Lotte has such an affectious mannerism to everything she does and provides bundles of laughter and energy all whilst highlighting the importance of laughter in a way which makes you sit up and realise more needs to be done.. By wanting to be as accessible and inclusive as possible Lotte goes out of her way to ensure participants feel safe, comfortable and supported no matter what programme there on.. A true trainer / facilitator / teacher in all its senses! 🥳
