I'd like to share with you the story of my purchase. Bob and I have been married 44 years on August 15th. In April 2024, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, Stage IV, and also peritoneal cancer. Neither is curable, so I have been undergoing a lot of chemotherapy and other treatments. We decided to sell our home of 28 years and were encouraged by others to do so. I wasn't present for any of the boxing up or organizing for the movers -- our son and his wife, plus our other son and daughter from back east. When I left rehab in May or June of 2024, we moved into assisted living, and I started helping Bob with emptying moving boxes. I couldn't find several pieces of sentimental items or gifts from Bob missing from my jewelry. The biggest miss was my wedding rings. None of these pieces has yet to be found. Therefore, I am replacing them piece by piece.

This ring from United Moissanite represents those wedding rings purchased back in the year 1981. I love how it sparkles, and I chastise myself for ordering the size I did. It fits a little too loose, and I am trying not to have it enlarged by a jeweler so the band isn't cut. But that doesn't stop me from living it. I have always admired an emerald cut stone, and this has filled my dreams since a little girl. Thank you so much for being its guardian angel until it was shipped, and I'm so glad it made it safely to our home.

I ordered a 9-stone and an eternity ring. The quality is good for the price, and I’ve been wearing them daily without any exposure to chemicals. So far, they are holding up well. The material and design are beautiful, I would recommend the products if you don’t expect to need customer service.

Unfortunately, my eternity ring arrived with a defect. It catches on clothing, which shouldn’t happen with a well-made ring. I contacted customer service to report the issue. Since I have a busy schedule, I prefer online shopping for its convenience. Normally, when problems arise, reputable companies resolve them quickly. But in this case, it was a frustrating experience.

Customer service asked for photos and videos of the ring, proof of damage to my clothes, and more. We ended up exchanging 29 emails. At one point, they told me to visit a local jewelry store to get it fixed which defeats the purpose of shopping online. I explained that I don’t have time for that. Instead of offering a solution, they said if I didn’t like the ring (even though I love the design), I could return it. On top of that, they told me I’d need to pay the return shipping fee even though the product was defective.

Long story short: I recommend the product itself, but not the company.

They had the ring I wanted but I'm always leery of purchasing from an unknown site. Since I had a time constraint for the purchase I reached out to their support to ask whether they could meet the short two week deadline. They responded within 24 hours that they could, and maintained that same communication speed throughout the purchase and delivery process. The 7.25 ring size was perfect and the moissanite is extra bright and sparkly. We love it!
