Nice product (Schaeffer fountain pen), engraving looks good, and good price. I didn’t realise it would be delivered from Germany but delivered 6 days after the order so still a good delivery time.

Amazing first experience!
This was my first experience with this company. The experience was amazing from start to finish. Postage was reasonable, very quick and tracked from end to end. Quality and price of the fountain pen was amazing. The engraving was absolutely spot on. This is a company I would definitely use again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Good and reliable
The order was shipped fast, there was a delay in delivery due to British Royal Mail strikes but they handled well and their response was quick. The pen was engraved as per my order.

Excellent service let down by UK Post
When I ordered my Pen I made a mistake with the engraving. However, the shop quickly put this right for me and the Pen was dispatched on time for Christmas. Unfortunately, although the Dutch Postal system was great the UK service took nearly three weeks to deliver it. If you have ever tried to contact the UK Postal Service to track a package you will know how hard it is. We just had to be patient and hope. A generally good experience let down by the UK Postal Service. Received the pen a month after it was dispatched, but at least I got it before Christmas...just
