Nice product (Schaeffer fountain pen), engraving looks good, and good price. I didn’t realise it would be delivered from Germany but delivered 6 days after the order so still a good delivery time.

Excellent Company
My husband lost his pen that he won through work, I was able to order same pen with engraving. He was delighted.
Delivery was quick and I was kept up to date having been given a tracking number.
Would not hesitate to use again.

I did not received my order
I did not received my order. The customer service ain’t replying to my email. I would like to request for a refund or deliver a new one to me. Or else I will take legal action.
