After my original review; Shawn contacted me, from United Routers. I must say Shawn owned the problems. He offered to send out a car detailer to detail my 2 vehicles. I said "ok". Well they showed up and did the best job. So, United Routers will take care of the problem . Additionally, Shawn did a great job through this proses. I was impressed and would them again and refer to anyone I know needs their service.

Very professional and courteous customer service. Used them to transport my daughter’s Range Rover before she started college in CA - every question and concern I had was promptly answered. Overall an excellent service and they delivered exactly within the time frame specified. Highly recommend!

Steve is as good as it gets. I purchased a Aston Martin in Chicago & Steve said he could have it to Seattle in 5 days.
Five days later his truck rolled in, I flipped the driver a additional $200 for a job well done, Put the roof down and Vroooom!

"WOW! This is my 13th time shipping a vehicle and i have never been given such red carpet treatment! I contacted united Routes in December to ship my Z06 from Los Angeles to Detroit in mid-January. Steve told me i can choose any 3 day window for pickup scheduling with a preferred date. Not only did they pickup my vehicle on the date i preferred but my driver, David, was in constant contact with me. He called a day in advance to set up a meeting time and then called an hour before arrival. Smooth sailing and a beautiful rig might i add with one of those elevator gates to accommodate the ground clearance of my Corvette. They came in at $150 more expensive then the other company from Chicago that i was speaking with but for the peace of mind and excellence in service and communication, i have finally found a reliable enclosed carrier that will be taking care of all my future auto transport needs. After speaking with the auto transport companies I found in the enthusiast magazines, I was not sure transporting my Shelby Mustang across the country was wise or economical. None were able to accommodate a tight schedule for pick-up and delivery. It was all done on their schedule or pay an astronomical premium for the privilege of setting the schedule. An internet search brought up United Routes, who I had not heard of or maybe just didn't remember. Their website showed a slick transport rig so thought it worth an inquiry. Steve was quick to respond and happy to accommodate my schedule with a very good rate. Driver Ryan was in constant contact as we both traveled from distant points to pick up the car. Ryan pulls up right on time in his full-on race car transporter. Locked and loaded, I felt good about my choice to ship with United Routes. As luck would have it, an early snow storm complicates and already dicey delivery. I was trying to deliver to my newly purchased residence where the sellers were not quite ready to leave. Ryan was in contact reporting his progress and was able to accommodate a last minute change in delivery address. Excellent service and just a good guy to work with, you can trust Ryan and United Routes with your prized automobile. Look these guys up and transport with confidence.

Had my Porsche shipped and they did an outstanding job from the first interaction with Steve until they handed me my keys and car in the new location. One of his drivers, Badri, is awesome. They take care of you pr car like it was their own. Highly recommend.

Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Steve Schorr is the man!! He overcame my own created obstacles and made the delivery on time, in perfect condition, and didn't charge me extra, although they easily could have and I expected them to. He maintained contact throughout the journey and met every expectation. No hidden charges or fees. We will use United Routes LLC again to ship our classic cars and highly recommend you consider doing the same.

I did an online inquiry with United Routes Auto Transport on a Thursday evening and Friday morning Rafi called me. By Friday afternoon he found a driver who would pick up my MGB and take it to Phoenix on the following Monday or Tuesday with a Friday or Saturday delivery. I made the commitment Friday afternoon and on Monday morning I received a call that my car would be picked up on that evening. By Friday the car was delivered to Phoenix.
Extremely responsive service and a very attractive price compared to other quotes I received.

I went through multiple services. I had two that bailed on me last minute. I reached out to Steve and he,called me back promptly and set up the pick up for the next day. Driver was a little late, but I was in no rush as they provided same day delivery for a pick up that was close to 6 hours away. They delivered my $100K plus car with absolutely no issues. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience working with Leo of United Routes LLC. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. When he said he would send me something, it was emailed within 10 minutes. United Routes are very competitive with their pricing and I would use them again. One of the few companies to guarantee a door to door service for a car that was transported 130 miles. I'm very satisfied with the delivery service offered from United Routes Auto Transport. My 2001 Bullitt show car was delivered, in a covered carrier, from Georgia to California ahead of schedule . Steve from United Routes was very helpful and easy to deal with when messaging back and forth regarding payment and pickup/delivery information. Overall the service and communication were great. If I have another vehicle delivered across the United States, I'm calling Steve at United Routes. I tried several discount haulers beforehand and was disappointed. They couldn't hold a candle to the quality service provided by United Routes. Thanks. -Larry

Was working with Steve to find a enclosed carrier for my 91 camaro. The car was not running so this added to the task of shipping. United Routes had found me a carrier who did an excellent job and delivered across the us in a timely manner. After looking and hearing from almost 20 carriers United Routes was not the cheapest but offered me a fair quote with quality service. I would definately use them again.

I contracted United Routes to pickup and deliver a vehicle from Florida to Michigan. They were a little higher in price than some others but I decided to go with them. They not only performed in a professional manner, but picked up the vehicle exactly when they said they would, delivered it right on time, in a beautiful trailer rig, with a professional, courteous and very polite driver. He delivered the vehicle with the care and concern I always like to see. Shout out to Steve Schorr at United Routes and JC the driver. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend United Routes to anyone looking for a professional haul.
