Very happy with service ,rafi was excellent and very helpful in accomdating request. Driver was prompt (bobby)kept me updated on date and time of delivery.

I had another company lined up for a Friday pickup of my classic car and after hearing nothing all week called them on Thursday to confirm. They told me a Friday pickup meant within five business days of Friday. No delivery promise.
I called United Routes and they had a carrier there the next morning. The next day the car was rolling off of the enclosed trailer at my home.
Today, three days after receiving my car and five days after canceling the order the first company called me to say they might have a truck available.

Just bought a Jaguar in California had United Routes take it home for me. Everything went as planned.

Should you ever need to have a vehicle shipped, I could not more highly recommend any company other than United Routes. Being inexperienced in this type of shipping, their personnel guided me through the process, cautioned me what to be aware of, and most impressive of all is that they were interested in securing my business and performed as indicated they would. Their driver was very cordial, efficient, and kept me informed of his schedule Their equipment is state of the art, thus assuring your vehicle will be transported without incurring damage..

In the nebulous world of car shipping, United Routes is a beacon of awesome.

I took a job in New Orleans and had to ship my car from NYC in order to have a vehicle during my three months there. I had never shipped a vehicle before and so I just kind of started googling and instantly realized that the industry is full of sharky brokers who are looking to lock you in at one price and then pass your contract off to the actual carrier who will charge you more. The brokers all get to keep their fee and you get stuck in a take-it-or-leave it scenario - sucks.

I contacted United Routes on the recommendation of a friend who had used them, and from the start I could tell they were different. Kasey was very helpful, took time to answer my questions and explain the entire process start to finish, including listing any and all costs that I'd incur and the time frame I was looking at.

They were able to pick my car up from my driveway, updated me on the progress along the way, and followed up to confirm that I had received my shipment. The car arrived exactly as it had left, and I'm grateful for United Routes making that happen.

Overall, an excellent experience, highly recommend!!!
