The purchase of the item was easy and straightforward. Quick email received with receipt of payment and confirmation of purchase. The delivery was exceptionally slow, it took almost two weeks for the item to arrive from Poland. The box was badly damaged and holed on arrival. A nut was missing from the assembly, luckily it was found on the driveway to my house. It had fallen out through the torn box during delivery. I would suggest a speedier delivery process and more robust packaging to avoid the above issues reoccurring.
