i ordered my vape and it never turned up i was sent a tracking number and a package arrived on tuesday but it was addressed to a member of my family and it wasn’t in there

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Upon reading this review and tracking down your order, we tried to get in touch directly via the contact details provided, as we hadn't received any contact from you regarding the issue (apart from this review), but did not hear back.
From looking at the tracking details - It looks as though Royal Mail have scanned and used another parcel from another company, which was addressed to someone else living at your address as our proof of delivery.
This can be seen from the delivery photograph, as the parcel in question is pink with flowers on it - not one of ours.
You've been a customer of ours since July of 2023. It's sad to see that one negative experience due to a mistake by Royal Mail was enough to leave a 1 star review.

After seeing a deal on the vapes I like, Crystal Prime 5 for £45.95 on Univapez I thought I'd give them a go, and lets say that from now on I will be ordering from here in the future. I ordered early hrs of Friday morning and my vapes came the next day, great service and very reasonable pricing, will definitely recommend. I was a bit apprehensive when it came to the tracking number provided as Royal Mail tracking said unable to confirm the status of your shipment, try again later. However delivery next day, I contacted Univapez on support email to ask about status and a further support email the next day to say not to worry, i got my goods, and they did reply :).
