Good company but doesn’t reply
delivery and everything was good but i was sent a faulty vape that burnt after a couple puffs. I emailed and asked for a refund and got no response.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your order.
We absolutely do reply to all emails we get, else we most likely wouldn’t have any of the positive reviews you can see on our Trustpilot page!
The only way we wouldn’t have replied is if you tried to message us by replying to our “NoReply@UniVapez.com” address from which our order confirmation emails come. Naturally, we wouldn’t receive your email if it was addressed to the No Reply email address.
I’ve taken a look into your email history with us and can only see one email from yourself - It was an email for one of your previous orders. You stated it hadn’t arrived and a member of our team responded responded and resolved the issue, after which we didn't hear back from you.
All you need to do to get in touch with us is to hit the “contact us” button at the bottom of our website and fill in the form. Please go ahead and do that when you get some time and we’ll be happy to help. We usually respond the next working day.

I recently had an issue with my order which meant that I was unable to use 2 of the vapes I ordered. The team worked quickly with me to see what the issue was and have rectified this really quickly.
This is my second order and although this time it came quickly, 2 of the vapes I ordered don’t work as there is an issue with the plug meaning it can’t be fully removed to use. More than a little frustrating!

Amazing service
