This company completely exceeded all my expectations on almost every aspect of the move.

Good service and no problems (shipment picked up in June and we were supposed to have delivery on 22 September but luckily we received it four days early. Our p/u was in Altea Spain going to Michigan, USA. Seemed to be a fair price and no hidden costs.

In terms of offering a fair price for shipping - couldn't be bettered. Able to contact with all queries and as customers felt fully informed. Online payment etc very efficient. All forms sent as required. Everything very clear. The courier arranged by Universal Removals arrived on date booked and goods arrived on Sweden within the agreed time.

We were very pleased with Universal Removals, we had been let down by another logistics company, Nigel at Universal managed to fit everything into our time frames and even got our goods to us in Spain earlier than stated.
So thank you to everyone, the drivers were great.

Excellent service throughout. The delivery was difficult in Spain as there was a steep hill leading to the villa and we had an 8ft Ferris wheel but all safely unloaded.
