Avoid — you pay for their mistakes

I ordered two black T-shirts in early August. UNPLGD sent white ones instead.
When I contacted support, I was referred to their website to create a return request — where it became clear that returns are at the customer’s expense, even when they send the wrong items. To fix their error I would have to pay return shipping + a handling fee.

Their system still shows the order as “in transit” (last update: Aug 7) while claiming the return window closed on Aug 31 — impossible to follow their own process. Despite several messages and a deadline of Sept 18, no clarification or solution.

I have initiated a chargeback with my bank, as no resolution was offered by UNPLGD.

A disappointing experience — poor service and no accountability. Avoid.

Jeg bestilte to sorte T-shirts i starten af august. UNPLGD sendte hvide i stedet.
Da jeg kontaktede support, blev jeg henvist til deres returportal — hvor det viste sig, at retur foregår for egen regning, selv når de har sendt den forkerte vare. For at rette deres fejl skulle jeg altså selv betale returfragt + gebyr.

Deres system viser stadig ordren som “undervejs” (senest opdateret 7. aug), samtidig med at returfristen udløb 31. aug — umuligt at følge deres egen proces. På trods af flere henvendelser og en frist den 18. sept kom der ingen løsning.

Jeg har anmodet min bank om refundering (chargeback), da UNPLGD ikke har ønsket at løse sagen.

En skuffende oplevelse — dårlig service, ingen ansvar.

Juli een bestelling gedaan, en nog steeds niks binnen! Meerdere chatsessies gestart, meerdere mails gestuurd! Nooit ergens een reactie op gekregen! Dus denk na voordat je iets besteld hierzo

Het welbekende “social media killed romance” shirt besteld. Heb hier een maand op moeten wachten. Eenmaal binnen kom ik erachter dat de kwaliteit van dit shirt nog erger is dan de aliexpress.
Het shirt zou oversized vallen maar valt super klein (had al een maat groter besteld). Verder schijnt het shirt ontzettend door en is de stof heel dun. De tekst op de rug is slecht bedrukt en er staat nergens een logo van UNPLGD. Ik vind het waardeloos en zou niemand aanraden om hier iets te bestellen. Armoe! Geldverspilling!

J'ai commander 2 t-shirt "just kiss me we can talk later" un en blanc que j'ai reçu et un en noir que j'ai aussi reçu mais en blanc.
J'ai directement fait part de l'erreur a unplgd par mail ce à quoi ils m'ont répondu de regarder dans leurs politique de remboursement pour me faire rembourser.
Sauf que depuis 3 semaines ils ne font aucun effort pour corriger leurs erreur malgré plusieurs mail envoyé pour leurs faire part de ma situation.
Je ne peux même pas lancer un remboursement via leurs site car le suivit de ma commande est encore marqué "en route" ce a quoi ils réponde juste que ce n'est pas de leur faute sans chercher a corrigé ce problème aussi.
J'ai même recommander un deuxième t-shirt "just kiss me" en noir car je me suis dit que c'était juste une erreur d'envoie de leurs part que j'ai encore une fois reçut en blanc.
Je me retrouve donc avec 2 t-shirt qui ne corresponde pas avec mes commandes initial et que UNGPLD refuse de récupérer et de me rembourser alors que l'erreur vient d'eux.
Leur politique de remboursement est une vaste escroquerie car ils ont un paragraphe intituler "articles défectueux ou incorrects (numériques et physiques)" qu'il ne suive même pas.
Si vous avez projet d'achetez chez eux NE LE FAITE PAS!!😡😡😡

Im not the type of person to critic but im starting to lose my patience. I understand that if u have lots of work, that off course it takes long to ship the order etc. but after almost 3 months of waiting and writing the customer service and getting nothing in return im just lost for words.
I hope u guys had a better experiences but im just sad.

I ordered a pink ”Social media killed romance”- hoodie from Unplgd’s website on 22st of July.
- First of all it was supposed to be pink but they sent me a white one.
- Second of all it was supposed to be 80% cotton and 20% polyester, but the tag says it is 65% polyester and 35% cotton (witch i doubt, because it feels like it’s 100% only polyester😆)
- Third of all it was supposed to be made in Europe, but the tag says it was made in China..
- It definitely wasn’t “Boxy oversize cut”
So they didn’t sent me anything i paid for and they did not even answer my email..
IT’S FAKE, DO NOT BUY!!😡😡😡

REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!
I really don‘t recommend purchasing something from this side!
I have ordered two pieces, one white tshirt and one pink hoodie. The white tshirt is how i expected it but instead of the pink hoodie I got a white one with REALLY bad quality. I tried to reach customer service and wrote like 3 mails but never got a respond back (its about over a week now!).
I just want my money back or the right item i ordered!

Saw the brand on TikTok and thought it was just another hype thing, but decided to try. Hoodie came in like 4 days and it’s actually mad comfy. Feels good supporting a brand with a message too.

The designs are fire, not even gonna lie. Wore the hoodie once and already had 2 people ask where it’s from. Deffo copping more when the next drop hits. Vibes 10/10.

Got the “social media killed romance” tee and it actually hits. Quality's better than I thought and the vibe just feels real, not like every other copy-paste brand. Shipping was chill too, came fast.

They don’t send you any product, but just online pictures of the item for €25. It’s a SCAM

C’est une énorme arnaque, vous recevez jamais le colis ils m’ont volé 40 € ne commandez jamais là-bas. Je préfère prévenir.

Really bad customer service. Send a mail took multiple days to respond. send a reply mail the same day. Week/weeks later still don’t have a response. They don’t want to accept returns. So if you end up not liking the product/quality or even have the wrong size. You’re f*cked. 60 euros/dollars in the drain. “Because it’s a product made in order” “it’s a on sale product” the product is always on sale. It’s a scam.

Update: they responded to my review. I emailed them. Few weeks later still no response back. Don’t order from this place.

Scam, they don’t deliver anything. They don’t reply. It’s all fake products.

Be careful ! This company advertises „T-Shirts“ or „Hoodies“ but in return you‘ll get some digital Product ?! Do not buy from this website!

They are scammers you want a beautiful shirt or hoodie you only got Some photo’s in return for 25 euro’s DO NOT BUY THIS SHIT

T-Shirt arrived torn in seem on left shoulder. Ships from eastern europe and i can't be asked to handle the return policy. Would definitely choose a size larger aswell even though supposedely being "oversized".

I like that the company responds to emails almost instantly and helps their customers.
