Your country’s customs authority decided to apply import charges. That has nothing to do with our service, pricing, or dispatch.
Leaving a 1-star review because your own country applied import fees doesn’t really reflect the quality of our service, it just shows a misunderstanding of how international shipping works.

This company is consistently great, solid. I know I don’t need to worry about postage, they now have even better prices which is almost unheard of nowadays, and the product quality has never faltered.
