Customers order was stuck in customs for many weeks but was finally marked "delivered". Customer stated they have issues with deliveries going missing even when tracked, we asked customer to escalate with local post office and police as it's something out of our control and clearly a localised problem due to other orders to that address going missing.
Respuesta de Unreal Supps
Customers order is still processing through customs as confirmed via tracking. Unfortunately this order is one of the unlucky ones that has taken many weeks to process through customs - this is out of our control and is clearly stated on our shipping page that this can happen. I suggest the customer reads the shipping page and checks tracking regularly.
