The Surface arrive well packet
The outside had wear on the case put a soft cloth cleaned the case of the dirt that was there
The screen has scratches on it
Window 11 was installed and working
Google helped with Red Lock screen and a couple of other thinks
The Battery went to 100% and holds it
The Surface got stuck in the post and Un Tech got it moving Thanks
So far all is working well wth Windows !1 and Microsoft-Office-2024 Professional plus

The lab top is great , but setting up is a nightmare becouse of microsoft which is a pain !! Labtop should be set up for google ,the customer at a later date can decide to load microsoft if thay want , I have had 2 refurbished pcs 1 dell labtop and a desk top del 7070 first class also my elder brother bought a mac agian no problems

This untech CDM PC with Intel i5 9400f is great fast performance I did notice they use cheap micron crucial bx 500 SSD which are know for they bad cache fail rate and the slowness mine came with one and said 33 %on the Cristal disk info but other than that this PC is great.
