I love this brand so much, everything is so cool and so unique you couldn’t find many of the items anywhere else. It’s all affordable prices aswelll which i think is so good.

I recently bought a harajuku sweater/pants from this store and received it just like shown in the pictures. The quality is amazing and would recommend buying from this store again.The customer service was amazing they get back to you within 1-2 days. Other than this they take forever to ship your products. It’s like if you don’t let them know it’ll never arrive. It’s been 4 months since I’ve been waiting for my product to arrive :,)

I got a sweatshirt from store ... poor quality ... weak finish ... threads hang everywhere ...

I have been waiting since early January (estimating) for a skirt. One singular skirt. I know they were down for a bit and didnt start back up till February 10th. BUT IT IS CURRENTLY MARCH 5TH. Terrible website. I emailed them asking where my product and they said it was on the way. I know that was a lie because whoever it was never asked me for any of my info and had no way of knowing what or where my product was. Edit: also their access to customer support in anyway is terrible it took me 20 minutes to even figure out how to email them. All of their info is hidden deep within their website. Very unimpressed

I love the item I got, but I do want to say- they messed up the address, (although it might've been the mail) so my item took over a month to arrive. It's also a pretty short top (I guess that's what you get for buying from Asian sites) so I think 3 stars is what this website deserves, maybe if I order more stuff and there are no further problems my opinion will change. I will probably buy from them again, since the style is adorable, and it seems like my experience is exceptional.
