Friendly and reliable and does a great job

Mark from Upcycle provided a very thorough and professional service for investigating an external leak at our house and provided a range of solutions and advice.

Upcyle Interiors tradesman arrived on time, and did everything I requested. He was polite and helpful. Clean and tidy workmanship. I would absolutely use again and recommend to my family and friends. 5 star service.

I had searched for an expert to realign the fire door to the entrance my flat at number 2, 8 Stavordale Road for several months.
An advertisement in Wonderful Weymouth impressed me to contact Upcycle Interiors.
The telephone calls was answered by a very friendly lady who took my details and assured me that I would hear from the firm .
The response was speedy and Jason arrived on the morning of February 27th. He politely introduced himself and looked at the door in dismay as the job would be complicated because it had been neglected ears ago. Each part of the work was explained to me. He really worked hard and eventually I could lock the door to enter he flat.
It wasn't until I tried to lock the from the inside it didn't work.
I had to explain to Mark that various health problems
and rules about fire doors I needed Jason to call again.
Mark respected my my respected my wish.
I felt that only Jason would know what to do, and he made short work fixing the lock.
We parted with happy smiles.

U.I ltd was recommended to me on a local Facebook group. From first phonecall to email quote (which was broken down explaining each cost & procedure. I prefer a quote for a job rather than an hourly rate) to actual work done was excellent ,prompt , friendly with everything explained & job done to a high standard & everything cleaned & tidied along the way. Even gave me good advice on some other small jobs so that I could carry them out myself. Have now booked UI ltd for further work. Would recommend

I contacted Mark to install a banister following a relative’s discharge from hospital. He was able to fit the work in immediately, which was greatly appreciated. The standard of his workmanship was excellent, he was professional throughout, and he left the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend his services.

From getting the first visit, a quote and the job being done, everything was done with speed and efficiency.

I was told that I would be contacted and I haven’t heard anything back from them at all. If they are this unresponsive what are they like getting work done!

Jason was very obliging and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better job.

I can only comment on Mark’s initial visit to assess the work and provide a quotation. The work has not started yet but I was impressed with Mark’s approach- professional and friendly service. Mark provided me with a written quote on the same day.

I needed some help with lots of odd jobs on a whole house renovation project and discovered Upcycle Interiors pretty much by accident. I'm so pleased I did because they have been absolutely brilliant and the quality of their work is outstanding.
Mark was really helpful and absolutely understood what I wanted and that I needed a fair degree of flexibility in the scope of work.
They were able to fit in with my overall schedule, turned up when they said they would and finished everything on time despite having to fit around other tradesmen working on the house at the same time.
What was really helpful for me was that they took on quite a diverse range of tasks which would otherwise required a number of different tradesmen.
I thoroughly recommend them.
