I cannot say enough good things about my experience with UPGUYS.
After struggling with symptoms that were affecting me both physically and mentally, their team helped identify the root cause through comprehensive blood testing. The results showed that my testosterone levels were very low. Following a consultation with their doctor, I was prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and the ongoing care has been outstanding ever since.
What has impressed me most is how closely they monitor my health. They regularly schedule blood work approximately every 10 weeks to ensure my treatment remains safe and effective. The doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.
The customer service team is exceptional. It is very easy to book an online appointment, responses are always prompt, and any questions or concerns are handled quickly and professionally. The pharmacy service is also excellent, with medications arriving quickly and accompanied by clear, detailed instructions.
Low testosterone can be an incredibly challenging condition that affects every aspect of life. For me, starting TRT through UPGUYS has been truly life-changing. After a year and a half of treatment, I feel amazing both physically and mentally. My energy, recovery, motivation, and overall quality of life have improved dramatically.
I would highly recommend UPGUYS to any man who suspects he may be struggling with low testosterone. Their professionalism, ongoing support, and commitment to patient care have made a tremendous difference in my life.
