I had a great experience with Upguys.
The entire process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I really appreciated the follow-up calls and communication throughout the process, which gave me the opportunity to ask questions and feel supported every step of the way.
Everything moved quickly, from the consultation to receiving my prescription, and the medication was delivered much faster than I expected.
One thing I found especially reassuring was that my credit card was not charged until the prescription had been approved and the medication was ready to be dispensed.

The entire process was amazing! I went to my GP with low testosterone symptoms that blood work confirmed , she referred me to an endocrinologist who declined the referral. Then my GP told me she was not comfortable dealing with men’s health issues so left to my own means I reached out to upguys. I was very unsure of the whole process however they were so great at explaining the process and completely put me at ease. I have been on TRT for about a year now and never felt better! They follow up often and I could not be happier that I reached out the UPGUYs team ! Much thanks VERY SATISFIED PATIENT!

Upguys was very patient with me
Upguys was very patient with me, I took awhile to get my blood test. They were not pushy during this time which was nice. When I was ready, they made me feel good and said no problem that I hadn’t got back to them when I first started the process. No hassles was great, I felt bad because they did spend a lot of time with me at the start and I ghosted them. I was nervous of course to start, now 4 weeks in and can notice a difference, mood is more stable, no brain fog, generally feel better. Wife likes the improvement as well. The package was spot on, great kit.

Orders come every 3 month's, and I've never had an issue.
Doctor will check in at the same time, to go over my blood work and answer any questions I have.
