Can't say bad customer service, because there is none.

Ordered product nearly two weeks ago. Status shows as "Unfullfilled"
Got an email from the founder. Obviously a boilerplate email stating how happy they were that I chose to do business with them. Email said to reply with any comments or complaints, they'll all be read.
I've sent three emails asking where my order is. No response.
After sending an email to cancel and asking PayPal to get my money back, miraculously a few days later, I get an email that the item has been shipped.
Still never heard a word back from customer service.

Customer service and product availability

I ordered the washer tabs, and the cleaning glove back in mid December. (Both products listed as IN STOCK) I'm still waiting nearly a month later. I've sent at least 12 emails, because there is no number to call, with little response. Excuse, the glove is on back order. I've checked the site daily for order updates and product availability. They have my oder and both products are IN STOCK. Customer service is for garbage. I've made previous purchases from them in the past with no problems. I may have to cancel order entirely and report this as a fraud charge to my credit card company. Listing items as in stock is fraudulent if you dont have the product.

We are very sorry for the frustration this caused. Waiting nearly a month after placing an order, especially when the items were listed as in stock, is understandably upsetting. That is not the experience we want for any customer, especially someone who has successfully ordered from us before.

In mid December, we experienced an unexpected fulfillment delay that impacted certain products, including the Washer Tabs and Cleaning Glove. During that same period, we also received a very high volume of inquiries, which unfortunately caused slower response times than normal. That combination led to longer than expected shipping and communication delays.

This issue has since been resolved, and orders from that timeframe should have already been delivered. Inventory and fulfillment are now operating normally.

Is This Company Still In Business?

I placed an order three weeks ago and it has not shipped yet. The tracking link expired so I had to revive it and when I did, I can see that the order has not been fufilled yet. So I decided to email for a refund but the email on their website is no longer valid. Next I sent a Facebook message, but there was no response there either. Now I’m wondering if I will ever get the items or a a refund.

Fraud

Placed an order December 25th. I have reached out 3 times to ask about order status and have received no reply. The order has never progressed past “order confirmed”. I will be contacting my bank to flag this company for fraud and receive a refund. Do not buy.

The Grooming kit smells

I am very pleased that I was allowed to pay the $99 for the item I purchased. It demonstrates respect for the customer and their pocketbook. However, when the grooming kit arrived with the extra bag I purchased it had a horrible smell of cigarette smoke. I am highly allergic to that particular scent, and I had to put the entire package outside because it permeated through the house. If leaving it outside for some time rids the odor I can keep the kit. I don't know how I can return it if the odor does not go away. The other package with the rest of my order did not have the same effect. I don't know why maybe it was sent from someplace else. Thank you for letting me explain.

We’re very sorry to hear about the odor issue with your Grooming Kit. That is absolutely not how our products should arrive, and we completely understand how uncomfortable and concerning that must have been, especially with a scent sensitivity.

Our products are stored and shipped from fulfillment facilities, and they should never carry a cigarette odor. It’s possible the outer packaging was exposed during transit, but regardless of the cause, this is not acceptable.

I ordered the product on 12/07/25 has…

I ordered the product on 12/07/25 has NOT shipped in 3 weeks and is now 12/26/25. They charged my credit card without verifying they will ship it. Most companies charge when shipped. They are not returning my multiple emails (they dont have a contact phone number). They are not doing business ethically and will charge you without sending the product.

Lavage machine

J'ai commandé les tablettes pour nettoyer la machine à laver, c'est très efficace je suis contente le linge sent à nouveau bon comme si la machine était neuve. Par contre la commande a mis plus d'un mois à arriver malgré la livraison express.

Our uproot cleaner works so well for…

Our uproot cleaner works so well for our 4 dogs. We have 2 black labs and they just like to be brushed and we use the dishwater tool on them. It's quiet and easy to use. We have a doodle and a standard poodle both have heavy grooming needs and the uproot system works for them so so well!! We use the clippers and the brush! We clean the dog hair off the stairs with the vacuum tools! Seriously we just use it all the time!! Recently uproot showed us how good their customer care team is too! During a cross country move due to an emergency medical issue we lost the clippers in our set and uproot got us a new one sent out! We just think they are amazing!

Excellent Customer Service

My package was stolen after it was delivered; Uproot customer service sent me a new one that arrived quickly! I love my new Uproot brush and I have been using it on every carpet, rug, and upholstered surface of my home. Very grateful to Uproot customer service for the quick solution.

My recent experience with Uproot Clean…

My recent experience with Uproot Clean was extremely disappointing. I accidentally purchased two grooming kits. Returning one of the $173 kits would cost me $85, as I live in the Western United States. I researched and chose the cheapest return option within the timeframe Uproot Clean provided for a full refund. When I reached out about the high return fee, I was told there was nothing they could do.

The grooming kit itself works, but not as well as I had hoped, and the sound is much louder than advertised. My biggest issue, however, is with their customer service. Be sure to read the fine print—I failed to do so—but the company offered no assistance, and their responses were dismissive and unhelpful at best. This experience makes me hesitant to recommend Uproot Clean.

Our records confirm that you were provided support throughout the process, and a prepaid return label was sent to you so you would not need to cover the return shipping cost. Great Product, Great Customer Service

I absolutely LOVE my Uproot Clean pet vacuum! I have had it for about 4 months and one of the attachments broke. I reached out to customer service to purchase a replacement. Communication was very quick, the representative was great, and after sending my invoice and a picture of the broken attachment they sent me a new one!!! Excellent customer service and excellent product!

This product works incredibly

This product works incredibly! I stupidly put it together wrong and broke it and they are sending me a whole new item. This product really removes hair from your carpets and surfaces allowing you to get a good deep clean. Incredible customer service, fast response, helpful, and friendly! I can’t recommend them enough I will be telling all my friends and family about Up Root and its cleaning abilities!

Best Customer Service EVER!

Right away they were attentive and helpful with an eagerness to provide a solution. They didn't hastle me for a bunch of information I did not have readily available. They were very knowledgeable and helped me with out delay. I 100% recommend Uproot Clean and will be 100% using them in the future for any needs I have that they have a product for. Thank You!!!
