I was very skeptical at first with all the one-star reviews, but it seems that most of those reviews are from free users who haven't upgraded to being premium users. Granted free users are limited to 1kbps speeds which is ridiculous but you get what you pay for in the end.
There is also an FAQ page that is hidden in the bottom row of the page that answers most of people's problems(especially no.8). Overall, download speeds are good unless it's high traffic time. 20GB per day is a good amount IMO and I strongly recommend keeping note of when the subscription would end as it is a recurring payment and to cancel it before then.

They were down yesterday, probably for maintenance. This service has been working perfectly ever since.

Upstore cares about password security because they send you a password so that you can not choose a weak one, like I usually do.

I am finding that the speeds are slower than what I am used to >.<

I signed up and paid for 1 month. The first day, it worked great, but got to the 20gb limit and told to wait for the next day. I tried the next day, downloaded 2 files, then none of the links worked after that. Is this anyone else's experience? Has the site been shut down? Or are they worried that I might try to sell their content elsewhere? (I won't!). I would much rather leave a glowing report.

Charged me for an extra month of premium. When I look at my account, I don't have the premium, but my bank account has been debited. I have contacted their support. Not happy that they have taken an extra 20 dollars despite me not wanting the service. And to take it without even giving credit for the payment is even worse.

After reading all of the reviews I was cautious of buying the premium. Honestly though, this file host is obviously linked to "non consented webcam recordings or copyrighted porn" sites so you know what you're getting yourself into. Also should know that if you do decide to purchase premium, remember to check your account and look at the type. They put eternal premium, which is what I assume is permanent monthly charge when I signed up for 1 month, so REMEMBER to cancel it when the time is right so you don't get charged again. At least they kept their word and it's not capped to 1kb/s for premium members. I even managed to download files from 6 years ago. It's surprisingly fast. You will probably regret buying it once you hit post-nut clarity though. I know I do and I feel dumb as hell.

Upstore is a total piece of .... . I access it through a download manager and most of the time it won't work at all... saying error but NO reason for the error. Now it won't work at all. Total waste of time. If they won't let free users access it, doubt you have a much better chance if you pay . Save your money and do NOT support this scam piece of .....

Downloads are fast, interface is extremely simple but efficient. The 20GB daily download limit is ridiculous in 2020 and very disappointing at first. Thus most of the harsh comments about this hoster.
BUT, they have content hard or impossible to find literally anywhere else. And it costs only 25€ for 3 months. So if this 20GB daily limit is frustrating, it's actually maybe a good thing. This way I can patiently plan my downloads, 90 days is a long time. And 90x20 is still 1.8 TB of data to download. It's pretty good.
Angry at first, I've been using it for 20 days now. And I think it's pretty damn good after all ;)

I got my account banned next day after creation. They don't have any support, just bot who replies all the time with same message.
They also have 20g limit per day but it's not mentioned nowhere.
Don't trust them.

Julie at the Coppell, TX store was delightful on the phone when I called, and once at the store she kindly took care of the task I needed to be addressed. She made UPS PROUD!

Site is complete garbage. Don't understand why they even bother offering a free/slow download feature when it is throttled so badly. I've spent 3 days trying to download a 378mb video because the speed is so ungodly slow (says it should take an hour but speed is actually around 800-1000 B/s and says 2-5 days in chrome). I would just wait out the 2 days but the damn thing keeps cancelling after several hours. I used to be a premium member and would just sign up again but the last time I tried the site doesn't even take my credit card or gift cards because it's overseas.

Honestly pathetic -- downloads are limited by time (but they don't tell you how long you have to wait between downloads), and their servers are quite sad.

As of the time writing this, I am downloading a 37 MB file from Upstore that is going at a rate of 1 KB/s.
For anyone not familiar with technology, that means it would take me over 11 hours to download a file that is only the same size as 3-4 songs on Spotify.

I wouldn't use this site for free, much less pay any money for it.

This site is pure filth

Don't tell me something will be 14 min to download and then take up to 24 hours. Slimy as hell.

Just purchased a 1 month membership and I am truly impressed at the speed of the downloads and how easy it is to download using their hotlinking feature, I was very hesitant to purchase a upstore membership after reading some of the reviews online but I am gald I decided to take the chance and go ahead with the membership.

EXTREMELY SLOW DOWNLOAD SPEEDS ALL THE TIME. WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR PREMIUM IF DOWNLOAD SPEEDS ARE 75 kbs?

60kbps download speeds, Upstore blamed my ISP, no refund, threatened to tell my credit card company I was downloading porn to tell me not to charge back. Very poor experience, paid money to NOT get premium as promised. If something isn't working for a customer, ANY normal company would just issue a refund.

You no longer can download any files in any webcam site that uses upstore. We are talking 10 of thousand of files gone. Since one cannot download anything, why to subscribe? They don't tell you this and when attempting to download ANY file, one gets a generic message:

" File was deleted by owner or due to a violation of service rules. Sorry for inconvenience...".

Their response to any inquiry about files being gone is equally vague:

"Hi, we have to delete files by legal claims. "

Really? All of the sudden you got rid of 80,000 100,000 links because of legal claims? A complete scam..

Not sure why people are bashing this. I was extremely hesitant about being scammed or whatever after reading all of these reviews but I subscribed for one month, downloaded what I wanted to, and then unsubscribed. No issues whatsoever. 20GB daily limit, which is pretty generous. Would use again.

If I could write zero stars I would. In the age of technology, these stores do not have wi-fi for customers.....So they inconvenience you with their computer, you cant get to operate correctly. It took me 1 whole hour to fax 5 pages, because STAPLES will conveniently print your work but UPS STORE WILL FAX.......it’s such an inconvenience!

I've been a member for a few years and the only issues I've had was getting my credit card to get accepted. I email them and they provide me with a link that would accept my card. Other then that, they have a limit on how much you can download in one day. 1TB i believe.
