EXTREMELY slow downloads. Last week was 10 MBps. Now it's 100 KBps. They have a 20 GB per day quota, which I've never come close to.

AVOID USING THIS SITE! I had one account and they hacked my information and created a duplicate account and started double billing me. I decided to give them the opportunity to fix and refund the dupe charges. They said the extra charges were from my other email which I never use for this site. I tried to reason with them that I would only need one site, but they do not care. They said charges are non refundable. Now I will be contacting bank/US Attorney General and Interpol about the extra fraudulent charges.

I just joined & paid for the Premium membership and the AFS site where they give free quick download options, I can't access now, says "been disabled by the administrator"

I've been a loyal member for roughly 3 years already and I have had one or two issues which got solved within a couple of days.

So a definite 10/5 from me!

After I contacted them and asked questions about the subscription, I could no longer open their website, and I suspected that I was banned.

Bought 6 months premium account, worked fine for a week and now I cannot login. I get a message "User was banned. Contact support"

Banned for no reason as I am the only person that uses this account from my home computer. Contacted support and they didn't even bother responding.

Lost my subscription money for 5 months and 3 weeks of unused subscription. They are not based in US or I'd have filed a claim against them.

Avoid at all costs, I am not the only person with this issue, you can see other people also got scammed by this company.

Scam service. I was randomly banned for "Account Sharing". They claimed that I was "downloading files for a 3rd party by request". Keep in mind they provided no proof when asked, and online support made it very clear from the beginning that they would not try and help resolve the issue of a false ban. In their minds you are instantly guilty and they don't care because they have your money already.

By the way Upstore breaks there own Term of Service because nowhere does it state that "downloading files for a 3rd party by request" is not allowed or a bannable offense. So essentially they are making up rules on the spot, and banning customers who have no clue what those rules are when they agreed to the Terms of Service at the time of purchase for an Upstore Premium Account.

Upstore Terms of Service:

Each User is responsible for all activities originating from his or her account. Accounts cannot be transferred or used by anyone other than the User and authorized account sub-users. upstore may suspend or terminate the account of Users who share their account with anyone other than the user and authorized account sub-users. Knowingly using a registered account assigned to another person is a violation of upstore's terms of use. In addition to violating this policy, the sharing of accounts, passwords or usernames could result in unauthorised activity for which the authorised user will be held responsible. All Users are responsible for the actions of their authorized account sub-users and agree to ensure that their authorized account sub-users abide by the rules set forth in these terms. You must immediately notify upstore if you have any suspicion or reason to believe that your account, username and/or password have been misused in any way.

Avoid Upstore! Do not use Upstore!
Spend your money somewhere else.

20 GB download limit is a PITA (Pain In The …)

I'm not sure when the 24-hour clock begins and ends so I find myself repeatedly being rejected for downloads. If Upstore would at least tell you WHEN you would be eligible to download again that would be helpful.

A 20GB limit might sound OK, but if you like videos, which are becoming quite large as people today have much more disk space, you can hit the 20 GB limit pretty fast. In particular, if you have a backlog of Upstore videos you want to get (which is why I paid for premium in the first place) it will take you weeks before you can catch up with your backlog because of this download limit.

On the plus side, Upstore seems to keep videos for quite a long time. (Unlike RapidGator which deletes them rather quickly). So at least most of my backlog of Upstore video downloads are still available. If only I didn't have to contend with the 20 GB limit which is a PITA.

HELP, please, how do I cancel the premium?! When I went to the dashboard or profile setiings, there is NO unsubscribe, only hotlink and the date till the premium is paid. Where the heck is that link please?

20GB / Day download limit for Premium Users

Very bad site, this site damage your HDD hard drives..few times i have bought for 12 euro accounts, and when downloading few files, thiere is message appear hdd error, discoonected, and computer freeze, you must press restar button to restart computer, then you must make new download, if reaupload from

50% same, freeze...then i bought one account, from europe, but iam russian, and then they say why your inerface russian, if you from europe?? ahahahah..they

really stupid they banned accaount for 25 eu...they i bought new account from another credit card, and they banned same , they they ask for card photo, i send and they don answer and dont give money back..they thiefs, police must do with they something, then when i write they talk , but when i ask for money or account they ban IP forever, every new ip, u cant access site from proxy, only from vpn.. the a ss holes

Great site. Used it only for an month. I see so many people bitchint about being charged again without notice .. maybe, just maybe you should have cancelled your subscription and that wouldn't have happened. I got my premium and immediately cancelled it so as not to forget about it. It expired today and I was notified by email, no extra charges were made. Download speed is incredibly fast as well. I will definitely order premium again.

This site will clamp your total speed at 800KB~1MB,
not per file, but total speed.

now it clamp my speed at 30Kb~100KB. LOL, this is completely scam.

20GB Daily Limit not mentioned in initial details (only seen in your Account Detail AFTER you sign up -- FALSE ADVERTISING).
Occassionally cap your speed to really slow 100kb/s instead of unlimited every so often - really annoying.

There are so many bad reviews from this site, and most of them are unjustified.

I have used this site for about 3 years now. I have always done the '1 month + 3 bonus day' option when buying plans from this company.

Yes, they will continue to charge if you do not go into your dashboard and press the 'unsubscribe' hyperlink. Is it really that hard for people to read the notifications before buying certain plans!? It states it in clear text below the payment options.

My most recent purchase of the 1 month option actually had rollover feature auto-blocked without me having to click the link. I thought this was maybe a cosmetic error, but I filed a ticket (which was answered within fast time), and customer service let me know that my plan would not auto renew.
