This is one of those occasions where zero starts is far more appropriate.

Terrible customer services, wrong items delivered, data breached and refusing to refund me despite products being returned by their arranged method. It doesn’t get worse than that.

The owner indicated a second business, so if this happens I hope potential customers are treated much better, or simply take the advice from the reviews and do not shop with the new company. It isn’t worth the risk if they just take your money and refuse it give it back.

Lovely units. Few small issues that were rectified promptly by customer service.

Cannot recommend any furniture from this company. I purchased a desk from Urbansize last October but have had no end of problems with it. I've had two different handymen come out to try and fix it to the wall. It's not possible to affix to the wall straight, it consistently tips forward. And I have concrete walls!

The drawers get jammed everytime I try to use them. I contacted Urbansize and their response was that wood furniture gets jammed?! And they would not be offering either a refund or a replacement despite the product costing £300 and being faulty.

Wow! Really impressed! Lovely coffee table and side table. Beautifully made and finished. I ordered on Sunday and got a message to say they would be delivered on Wednesday but they arrived really well packed on Tuesday afternoon.
Both side table and coffee table were really easy to construct and look lovely.
I would definitely buy more products from Urbansize. Brilliant! Thank you!

Ordered the plywood floating console table, really impressed with the modern and minimalistic style. Fits perfectly well in our narrower study area. Delivery came with UPS in great condition and arrived 2 days after ordering - super fast! Relatively straight forward to assemble to the wall, however I did find the rawlplugs they supplied we’re not the right size to screws they supplied - but thankfully I had other rawlplugs I could use.

Wish I had read the reviews. Bought an item and returned it - having spent a fair amount on packaging and wanting to ensure it was properly packaged. I’ve received an image back of two broken legs - I’m saddened and angry. I returned their item with care and love. Also, a coincidence it is the two legs of the side they have opened that have ‘snapped’. They are merely trying to get out of refunding. Urbansize also arranged for the collection of the item to be refunded - DHL, DHL protect the items and carry items with care. Shocked at the lack of customer response and customer care

Can’t reach anyone in the customer service department to return and item. No one answering emails and. no number to call. The website says to mail it yourself. Well there is no invoice. I’m not shipping £250 without an invoice or some sort of way they will know who this package is from,

I ordered some floating tables, through no fault of the company, there were courier problems. The customer service was fantastic from Urbansize, they immediately took ownership of the problem and sorted it all out. The tables soon arrived and are neat and stylish. The communication from Urbansize was prompt and personal. Highly recommended. Thank you

Ordered the plywood desk, arrived a day later. Superb quality and sleek design. Very impressed. I’ll be using this company again. Highly recommend.

My bed and desk were easy to put together, and the customer service team were quick to respond. Both orders arrived the day after I made the purchase. Really quick service

Very poor experience dealing with Urbansize. I ordered two of their bed side tables from them however needed to return them. I contacted them early but then was unable to arrange the return as I was not in the flat due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Urbansize were very inflexible, even in the unusual circumstances and unused condition of the products. Extremely disappointed.

Product not as described on website. Poor customer service.
We bought 2 bedside tables which were listed as including bedside lights. We only received the beside tables and were told we can pay extra £70 for the lights.
The product itself has a few chips to the edges.
Would not recommend others use this company.
We will file a complaint with trading standards.

utterly ridiculous. Bought 2 bedside tables through notonthehighstreet.com from urbansize at a cost of £130 per table. Then I get an advert popping up on Facebook offering me 10% off the same product but the discount code cannot be applied through notonthehighstreet.com - i'm furious with the lazy customer service, no-one willing to help me. No-one willing to honour the discount - NEVER USING AGAIN
