Was hoping I wouldn’t need to use a website like this but sadly I do and I found the most beautiful heart keepsake that will comfort me on my bedside table. Arrived quickly and I’m very happy with it.

It took a while to arrive due to problems with the couriers but Darren at Urns was so very helpful chasing them constantly and when it arrived it was beautiful (if not a little larger than I was expecting!). Thoroughly recommended - thank you Darren.

Outstanding personal service. Our urn didn't arrive in time for our trip to Scotland (we ordered it last minute). Darren pulled out all the stops and sent another one (without charge) up to our holiday cottage near Spean Bridge. We've now returned the original. Its so rare to get this level of first class service - couldn't recommend this company enough.

We ordered a solid oak urn, which was beautifully handmade and arrived really quickly. The brass plaque was much larger than expected (a good thing) and really great quality - weighty, nicely engraved and beautifully polished. Despite being a challenging customer, Darren couldn't have done more to help - he responded very quickly and was incredibly helpful. Whilst I hope we don't need to be a returning customer any time soon, I'd wholly recommend Darren and Urns for Ashes to others.

I emailed Darren requesting a photograph of the actual urns I would receive before purchase, (because these urns are all individual and I wanted to get it right without unnecessary shipping back and forth). Unfortunately I wasn't able to use the urn due to issues regarding funeral arrangements and had to make a return. However Darren at urns for ashes was very pleasant to deal with and I was given a full refund.

I ordered my daughters urn and wasn't sure when it would be delivered. My daughters cremation service is on Monday I wanted it before then. so I emailed and asked when it would be delivered. Darren responded straight away stating he will pay for a courier to have the urn with me by Friday. Its arrived today and it's beautiful. The Picture does not do this urn justice! It is absolutely beautiful so much nicer than I expected, very well made and brilliant for the price. It came it a beautiful purple velvet pouch and wrapped up well so it doesn't get damaged through post. So happy with my purchase.
