I own my chair (uLove) for 2.5 years. It starts to show "error 16" after I turn the chair on. I need to turn it off and restarts it again. But sometimes I need to unplug the power and wait 15mins. How can I get rid of the message?

I just bought osim ulove , sales representative at Aberdeen ctr shop is helpful and nice, although it is expensive but compare with other brands I think osim is the best and worth it !

my wife bought osim udivine v massage…

my wife bought osim udivine v massage chair on dec/2020 online paid $4899 puls tax. total like $5300. which you can get same one from store at mall $4399. i did not know until i spoke to the store sale man. why have different price? this massage chair is too small. may be for small figure woman to use. i am 185 lbs man . i am barely can fit in the seat. this massge chair has very bad program. and it is so weak . you don't even feel anything to your body. machine is keep busy working . but , it is so weak that you feel like you are just wasting time seating over there. Osim does very good marketing and commercial. but, product is very bad. i am very disppointed. i wish i can return it. it is very expensive. i rather buy $799 massage chair from amazon. it is much much better than Osim. i previously own three massage chair all below $900. it's way better than Osim. i live at orange county california. everything i am on the Osim massage chair . i am getting very mad. it is very disappointed massage chair. i suggest you guys always try the massage chair before you buy any brand . i mad a mistake . we did not try .we just ordered it online. because of misleading commercial.

Ulove is NOT worth the money

I bought the Ulove massage chair as a special birthday gift to award myself for many years of hard work. The sales manager at the Arcadia Mall was very nice, so the purchase experience was good overall. However, I’m not very happy and confident about the quality of this massage chair, given it’s such an expensive product. About a month or so after I had the chair, the chair suddenly started to make big noise and the roller stopped working. So I called OSIM. Luckily it was still in warranty, so I did not have to pay for the labor and part. It turned out there was a plastic piece broken for the roller. I was kind of disappointed because I only had the chair for a month and the piece was very important area but they use plastic. Then I had some peaceful time until recently the leg area started to make big noise and error message appeared again. The leg massage stopped working this time. I contacted the sales manager and she was nice to arrange the repair for me. However the repair is very expensive( just labor is already $180 and I have to pay for part as well) because my chair have passed the two year warranty. So I don’t know how much it’s going to cost me totally to fix the chair. I’m kind of annoyed and upset as I spent lots of money to buy the chair, but I have to keep spending more money to fix it. And I don’t know what will break again next time. This is really annoying. So in conclusion, if I could set the o’clock back and I would NOT choose to buy the OSIM massage chair. I would definitely consider more carefully about the warranty as it shows how much the company’s confidence in their own product.

Purchased a uLove2 in Toronto store, most of sales are so friendly and talkative.
Me and my mom were there to buy ice cream. They still invited us into store for rest.
After 3 times visiting, we finally purchased uLove2.

Own OSIM uInfinity for 5 and half year

Own OSIM uInfinity for 5 and half year, my entire family Had been enjoyed it a lot since day one, it does need service once in about 3 years after my purchase, the technician was very nice to explain why it happen and how to avoid. Last week, we are considering to upgrade to a new model uLove 2, the gentleman is very helpful and knowledgeable, and get us a great trade in value for my uInifnity. Now, we have received our uLove 2 for 2 weeks, and same as before, we are enjoying it every single day after long day work. I have to say, Thank you Osim.

Osim will no longer reupholster my…

Osim will no longer reupholster my uINFINITY Chair making it worthless. Terrible! Now when I want to give it away for free, I get a call from an Osim salesman who wants to get it to close a sale for a customer so that the customer can get the trade in discount!

uStiletto + uJolly - exceptional combo!

Purchased uStiletto for my feet and uJolly for my back and couldn't be happier with either product. They make an exceptional combo and are the next best thing to a full massage chair. Highly recommend both products and Osim as a company

Error16 message - uLove

I own a uLove and all of a sudden it’s giving me an Error 16 message. Neck detection is completely out of whack, causing extreme pain which in turn means I cannot use the chair. By turning on the chair you wait 4-5mins of no movement - it does not start up as usual. Why is this?
