Good price on the products needed, quick turnaround on quotes, designs, prototypes etc and then short lead-time from confirmation to delivery.

I've recently ordered 150 USB sticks which were needed urgently. I worked with Ivo (sales account manager) who managed to turn the artwork around really quickly and get the sticks ordered and sent out to me, all within two weeks.
