Great communication, service and USB's

We were looking for some customised USBs for our company. Teddy understood exactly what we needed and worked with us with patience to get the design just right. She was clear and communicative at every stage of the process from the online live chat through to emails. When it came to delivering the order Tracy was also really helpful and kept in touch throughout the process, delivering the order in good time even over the Christmas/New Year period. The price was also reasonable and fair.
The final product is just what we were after and good quality, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the USB Company for this service.

I contacted a few companies when I was looking to change supplier for promo items. USB Company were the first to respond and were very engaging from the off, I felt like they wanted our business and I was dealing with people rather than a machine who churns out quotes. Simona was very helpful and engaging and delivered what we wanted. We ordered Powerbanks and Personalised Shaped USB's and she knew what she was talking about - nothing was too hard.
