Lovely prints but slow delivery
Really like the prints, but on both occasions they’ve taken a long time to be dispatched. The last one I ordered was slightly damaged in the corner, but this obviously happened in transit.

Dear Lexy,I was sorry to read about your experience. We print our artwork on demand to stay sustainable and so we can offer a large range of art. We see you waited 4/6 days for your orders to despatch. The unusual hold-up can happen due to great demand within the studio or at our local print house. In the last two months, we've taken action to despatch faster. In your next order - We promise faster delivery and a treat for us. Much love, UT family
Fantastic quality and excellent packaging
My art print arrived quickly despite the fact that it was coming from abroad (I'm in the UK). The envelope which had 'do not bend' stamped on it on both sides sadly arrived bent. Fortunately the art print inside was absolutely fine as it was wrapped in tissue paper and sandwiched between two sturdy pieces of cardboard. The art print is gorgeous and printed on good quality thick paper. I definitely recommend!
