I'm very happy with the channel lineup I only wish the TV guide worked properly. I can't view the guide quickly without the spinning wheel coming up & freezing for a long time. Just scrolling through the guide to view programs is very frustrating. Maybe if there was an app instead that might be better.
Regarding the DVR I'd prefer to be able to record more programs in a day rather than being able to record a months worth of a few programs.

Website response time very slow. From click of mouse to actuation 5 to ten seconds. To many steps from Home page to program. Takes almost 1 minute. Logout should. Be one step.
Still buffering during prime time. Picture quality during prime time is bad.

Generally I’ve been happy with Ustvnow but very often you ask me to reactivate my account don’t know why. And often ir keeps buffering and my internet provider tells me that there’s a variation in speeds

We have had USTV now for years. Just added back the DVD. It’s working really well.

My wife and I retired to and have lived in Costa Rica for the past 12 years. Although I am fluent in Spanish, I still prefer to receive English-speaking programs and news. USTVNOW has done a great job of providing this service. Yes, there is a fee, but it's worth it to us to keep in touch with what's happening in the States.

This customer service is by far the best i have ever dealt with. Took care of the issue very quickly. But most of all, kept me informed every step of the way.

When it took longer than expected to solve they provided an alternate site to allow me to continue watching. They are responsive, courteous and professional.

Great customer service. Quick response by email. They helped me get the channels I wanted that I didn't think I could get.

After a month of streaming mishaps and inability to watch UStvnow on any channel, Lilian got involved and and coordinated meetings between us and the tech staff. Within days, the techs added some code which resulted in successfully allowing us to stream content once again.

Buyer Beware. I will not get involved with this company again. They kept emailing me. I told them to leave me alone. They continued to attempt to run my card through a total of 10 times. I'm so glad my bank stopped their charges.

Simply the best service for the quality of channels you get, ESPN and ESPN 2 are appreciated at such a low rate, and love AMC, and Laff, as well as Discovery and all the locals ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, CW, My Network TV.........simply having a blast with this service, best I've ever used and thanks for the great savings, no one can beat this quality of a lineup price wise

My credit card had expired and I was notified by USTV that payment had been turned down. I updated my payment info but still did have access to the streams. I emailed and in less than 10 minutes service was restored. I was very pleased at the prompt and efficient action that was taken by USTVNOW. In the past any inquiry or problem was handled in the same manner......instantly.

An ongoing problem with my monthly renewal. It's weird but we seem to have figured it out and the people at USTVNOW couldn't be more helpful.

I signed up for a free 5 day trial while in Mexico. Cancelled prior to the 5 days and was still charged. Called to try and get this issue resolved and was basically told I was lying by some rude foreign lady. Refused to do anything. I eventually found the email confirmation of when I signed up 3/21/22 and cancelled 3/25/22. Horrible customer service. Not trustworthy at all. I'd avoid this company at all costs.
