I rarely write positive reviews here, but these guys deserve it.
I’ve been with USTV for a while now. The livestream works seamlessly and the DVR is near flawless. Very reasonable prices for the basic channels.
Also, they have a fantastic support team who always reply my to emails within minutes. Keep up the great service USTV.

Whenever I have any specific problem, the USTVNOW team gets in touch with me immediately and my problems are solved efficiently and quickly.

I've used USTVnow twice in different countries as an expat. Love the service! Highly recommended.

I love the streaming service it has my local channels and the bounce channel which most cable companies don't even offer.and at $19.00 u can't beat this price Xfinity and DirecTV and dish are overrated and over priced.

As I’m writing this no channels available or very patchy! Even with the lowest quality settings I have problems. I can’t see why USTVGO have excellent quality and is free yet this is a paid service and the quality is dire! Forget about casting unless u want a slow staggered signal. Please sort the initial stream out so we can get good quality visuals!

Unfortunately many web based co's aren't very good in the Customer Satisfaction Dept.
That is not the case with USTVNOW or TeleUp whichever you use.
The product is exactly as they describe and the output is quality HD picture.
They have been incredible any time I've had a question, problem or an idea.
They were always incredibly fast and curteous but also thorough and wouldn't quit until they had the best solution for me... not just a solution.
Can't give any better praise.

My reception went down. I contacted support and they provided an alternative link. I missed the show I wanted to finish but with the link I now have an alternative if this happens again.

I used this service two months when I was in business trip and didn't notice problems. This service works well

Service Seldom Works--Stream Constantly Down!!

Signed up last Nov wanting to watch live US TV from Europe. Had problems with freezing of the stream at onset and it was remedied at first. Now the service has become totally unwatchable. No matter what live programming I select I get a constant "uploading" message with the pic frozen. This is constant and has persisted for the last week without let up. Now the service is 100% unwatchable. Contacted support four days ago with NO RESPONSE. Attempted another contact with support again with no response.
Hence, I regard USTVnow as a waste of money--it is great when working, but it simply DOES NOT WORK. Sidebar here--problem exists regardless of device I try to use--TV or laptop. Both show constant freezing of the stream.

I am overseas and have been watching most of my favorite programs on USTV now. I have notified their customer service twice this year. The first time my problem was resolved. The second time they were unable to retrieve a program for me due to a technical problem, but they compensated me for it. Both times they responded rapidly and were very accommodating. I would recommend their service to anyone traling abroad or military stationed overseas.

I really love the service, I have all the channels I need, all the local NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX at a very good price. Thank you USTVnow, and Teleup for making such a great service, I hope it lasts for years to come. :)

Generally good to great since 2014, but you really must fix this "send one time password" situation as I have asked several times via Gmail for a one time password, but nothing and therefore I cannot reactivate the account nor access your site or content.

UPDATE: emails to access one time pw are now working again.
