I was informed by Utility Hive that they could lock me in prices and secure me a better deal even though my contract was not due to end for another 9 months. I must say I was doubtful of this at first as I was unaware of how this all worked, but once they explained everything to me and how it all worked was more than happy and can no go about my business knowing that this is now taken care of. They have even said they will ring me again when my new contract comes to a end.

Thanks again utility hive, you have saved me a lot of time and money.

This company makes unsolicited cold calls and does not check the number they are calling against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service opt out lists. Very bad and unprofessional practice.

Finally got me away from Npower who had ripped me off for year! I genuinely can't believe how simple it was! The agent I spoke to was great, she made it really easy. This service should be much better known. Brilliant! Thank you very much.

Chris first contacted me to ask if he could help to get our clinic energy prices lowered. I agreed, he and Shah set to work on getting our company the lowest price.
I cannot recommend these guys at Utility Hive enough. Made the whole process easy, they did the leg work and set it all up...happy days!

Nuisance calls. Will not remove from list after requested. Used different company names as well, including "commercial support services" and "late registrations".
Quite abusive as well.

Rang me as requested,1 month before expiry of our gas and electricity accounts. All signed and sealed for another year with minimum effort in around 4 minutes. Best prices as usual. Thanks guys.

Consistently attempt sales calls, after requests not to do so.

Nicola is persistent but in a good way. She is friendly and understands that as a business we have limited time to take non-surgical calls as we are a busy Clinic. She understands the importance of acting speedily but at the same time ensuring we understand the agreement we are entering into.

I have been dealing with the utility hive for the last 5 or so years and have so far never had a problem. For the first few years I dealt with Sam who has since been promoted so this year Nicola Rogers dealt with my accounts. She was knowledgeable and very helpful, friendly and easy to converse with.
I would definitely recommend this service to others.
